Ինչո՞ւ է հեղուկ գազը թանկացել․ տնտեսագետը՝ Իրանից և ՌԴ-ից ներկրումների մասին

Հեղուկ գազի գինը շարունակում է զարմանք պատճառել վարորդներին։

Բանն այն է, որ հեղուկ գազը շեշտակի թանկացել է և հասել 290 դրամի։ Օրերս վարորդներն ահազանգեցին, որ նախկին 90-120 դրամի փոխարեն հիմա ստիպված են վճարել 290 դրամ, ինչի փոխարեն կարելի է հեշտությամբ բենզին օգտագործել։

ArmLur.am-ը ավելի վաղ այս մասին գրել էր, որ հեղուկ գազի գնի աճման պատճառն այն է, որ ավտոճանապարհները փակ են և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունից ՀՀ տարածք գազ բերելը դժվարանում է։

Չնայած վերը նշվածին՝ շատերը հեղուկ գազի թանկացումը պայմանավորում են այն հանգամանքով, որ հեղուկ գազի պահանջարկը աճել է և սեղմված գազի փոխարեն վարորդները նախընտրում են հեղուկ գազով վարել ավտոմեքենան, քանի որ նաև համեմատաբար անվտանգ է։

Պարզելու համար, թե ինչո՞ւ է հեղուկ գազի գինը անդադար աճում, իսկ հետո միանգամից անկում ապրում, ArmLur.am-ը կապ հաստատեց տնտեսագետ Սուրեն Պարսյանի հետ։

Տնտեսագետը մեզ հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ ճանապարհներին նկատել է՝ հեղուկ գազը դարձել է 210 դրամ։

«Իջնելն ու բարձրանալը պայմանավորված է մեր ներքին ու արտաքին գործոնների հետ։ Արտաքին գործոնն այն է, որ մենք Ռուսաստանից ներկրում ենք և երբ Ռուսաստանի շուկայում հեղուկ գազը թանկանում է՝ մեզ մոտ էլ է թանկանում։ Թանկացումների հաջորդ գործոնը պայմանավորված է  նաև Վերին Լարսի անցակետի հետ։ Վերին Լարսում, երբ խցանում է լինում, եղանակային պայմաններով պայմանավորված սահմանափակումներ և այլն, այդ ժամանակ դեպի Հայաստան մատակարարումները դադարում են կամ պակասում են։ Այս պահին որոշակի խցանումներ կան Վերին Լարսում, չնայած հեղուկ գազով մեքենաները հերթ չեն կանգնում, քանի որ պայթյունավտանգ են, բայց դե ամեն դեպքում խցանումներ կան»,- ArmLur.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց տնտեսագետը։

Տնտեսագետը նշեց, որ հեղուկ գազի գնի վրա կարող է ազդել նաև այն, որ գազալցակայանների մի մասը գտվում է 3 խոշոր կազմակերպությունների վերահսկողության տակ։

«Գազալցակայանների մեկ երրորդը գտնվում է խոշոր 3 կազմակերպությունների վերահսկողության տակ, դա էլ կարող է ազդել գնի վրա։ Մենք հեղուկ գազից բավականին լուրջ «կախվածություն» ունենք և կարևոր «կախվածությունն» այն է, որ մենք չունենք ենթակառուցվածքներ, որոնք թույլ են տալիս պահեստավորել։ Օրինակ մենք կարող ենք 1 կամ 2 ամսվա հեղուկ, դիզելային վառելիքը Հայաստանում պահեստավորել, բայց հեղուկ գազի այդ հնարավորությունը չունենք, երբ Վերին Լարսի անցակետի գործունեությունը դադարեցվում է, մենք խնդիրներ ենք ունենում, քանի որ պահեստավորված պաշարներ չենք ունենում կամ շատ քիչ ենք ունենում»,-ասաց տնտեսագետը։

Տնտեսագետից նաև հետաքրքրվեցինք՝ արդյո՞ք հնարավոր է նաև այն պատճառով հեղուկ գազի գինը բարձրանալ, որ վարորդների մեծամասնությունը սեղմված գազի փոխարեն նախընտրում է հեղուկ գազ, ինչին ի պատասխան տնտեսագետն ասաց․

«Հեղուկ գազով մեքենաները վարելու պահանջարկը շատացել է, բայց դրան զուգահեռ ավելացել է գազալցակայնների թիվը, սակայն խնդիրը ոչ թե գազալցակայանների թվի ավելացնումն է, այլ մատակարարում ապահովելը։ Բացի այդ՝ նախկինում հեղուկ գազ ներկրում էինք նաև Իրանից ու Իրաքից, բայց վերջին տարվա ընթացքում Իրանից ներկրումների թիվը նվազել է, որովհետև Իրանի ներքին շուկայում հեղուկ գազն ավելի թանկ է, քան Ռուսաստանում։ Այսինք մենք հիմա հիմնականում ներկրում ենք Ռուսաստանից»։
