Բաքվի բարբարոսական վարչախումբը, բռնազավթելով Հայաստանի սրբազան տարածքները, անողոքաբար կռվում է նաև հայկական քաղաքակրթության դեմ՝ ոչնչացնելով կամ փորձելով յուրացնել մեր ժառանգությունը։ Այս մասին գրել է իրանագետ Վարդան Ոսկանյանը.
«Երբ ԽՍՀՄ-ը երկրորդ աշխարհամարտի արդյունքներով գրավեց և իրեն կցեց Արևելյան Պրուսիայի գերմանական հողերը, ոչ մեկի մտքով չի անցել, դիցուք, այդտեղ ծնված Կանտին հռչակել պրուս, այլ ոչ թե գերմանացի փիլիսոփա կամ Արևելյան Պրուսիայի մայրաքաղաք Քյոնիքսբերգի (Կալինինգրադ) մայր տաճարը համարել պրուսւական, այլ ոչ թե գերմանական մշակույթի կոթող։
Մինչդեռ Բաքվի բարբարոսական վարչախումբը դա անում է հայկական Արցախում՝ հնարավոր ամեն ինչ, առանց խտրության, փորձելով ներկայացնել «աղվանական», իսկ իրեն պատմական Աղվանքի, իբր, ժառանգորդ։
Հայկական դիմումները կամ բողոքներն՝ ուղղված «միջազգային հանրություն» կոչեցյալին, անօգուտ, պատկերավոր ասած, «լացի» դրսևորումներ են միայն, քանի որ հայկական քաղաքակրթության կոթողների փրկությունը մեկն է՝ Արցախի վերաազատագրումը, և դրանց վերադարձն իրենց իրական տիրոջը, քանի որ սա նաև քաղաքակրթական առաքելություն է՝ առաքելություն, որին Հայաստանին ստիպում են գնալ նաև բարբարոսները՝ ոչնչացնելով, պղծելով և յուրացնելով մեր հինավուրց մշակույթը»։
