ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը գրում է․ «Մեկ շաբաթ առաջ, ՌԴ նախագահի Ադրբեջան կատարած պետական այցի շրջանակներում, ի թիվս այլ հարցերի, քննարկման առարկա էր դարձել հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունները, որի առնչությամբ նախագահ Պուտինը, ևս մեկ անգամ, առաջարկել էր իր երկրի միջնորդական առաքելությունը:
Դեռ այդ ժամանակ պաշտոնապես նշվեց, որ թեմայի շուրջ նաև Փաշինյանի հետ է խոսվելու:
Այցից մի քանի օր հետո տեղի ունեցավ Պուտին-Փաշինյան հեռախոսազրույցը, սակայն հանդիպման դետալների և արդյունքների մասին այդպես էլ ոչինչ չհանրայնացվեց. չոր ու ոչինչ չասող պաշտոնական հաղորդագրությունը որևէ էական բան չէր ասում:
Ի վերջո, ի՞նչ էր քննարկվել Բաքվում, որի արդյունքում նաև զրույց էր կայացել ՀՀ իշխանության հետ և ինչո՞ւ թեման այդպես էլ պատշաճ ձևով հանրությանը չներկայացվեց:
Համաձայնվե՞լ է Փաշինյանը ՌԴ միջնորդական դերին, արդյո՞ք քննարկվել է սահմանազատման հետ կապված վերջին խնդիրները, ի՞նչ է խոսվել կամ ի՞նչ են փոխանցել Բաքվից «խաղաղության պայմանագրի» բանակցությունների վերաբերյալ և ի՞նչ է մտածում ՀՀ կառավարիչը տեղի ունեցածի մասին:
