Եգիպտոսում գտել են երբևէ հայտնաբերված ամենահին և ամենախոշոր աստղադիտարանը

Հնագետները Եգիպտոսի Կաֆր էլ-Շեյխ քաղաքում հայտնաբերել են մ.թ.ա 6-րդ դարի առաջին և ամենախոշոր աստղադիտարանը։
Այս բացառիկ գտածոյի մասին վերջերս հաղորդագրություն է տարածել Եգիպտոսի զբոսաշրջության և հին հուշարձանների նախարարությունը:
«Հնությունների Գերագույն խորհրդի եգիպտական հնագիտական առաքելությունը, որն աշխատում էր Կաֆր էլ-Շեյխի Թել էլ-Ֆարեյն շրջանի Բութո տաճարում, հաջողությամբ հայտնաբերել է մ.թ.ա 6-րդ դարում կառուցված հում աղյուսներից պատրաստված առաջին և ամենախոշոր աստղադիտարանը»,- նշված է նախարարության հաղորդագրության մեջ։
Աստղադիտարանը զբաղեցնում է մոտ կես մղոն (0,8045 կմ) տարածք։
Այն օգտագործվել է աստղագիտական տվյալների դիտարկման և գրանցման, ինչպես նաև արևի և աստղերի շարժումներին հետևելու համար։
«Աստղադիտարանի ճարտարապետական նախագիծը բաղկացած է դեպի արևելք կողային մուտքից, որտեղ ծագում է արևը, կենտրոնական սյուներով սրահ, որը բաց է L տառի տեսքով և շրջապատված հսկայական՝ դեպի ներս թեքվող աղյուսե պատով, որը հիշեցնում է տաճարների մուտքերին հայտնի եգիպտական վայելչագրության ոճը»,- ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ։
Ենթադրվում է, որ շենքը նախագծվել է արևի թեքությունը չափելու, ինչպես նաև օրվա ընթացքում Արեգակի շարժումը ամենժամյա վերահսկման համար: Այն բաղկացած է մոտ 15 ոտնաչափ երկարությամբ (մոտ 4,5 մ) կրաքարե սալերից, հինգ հորիզոնական կրաքարային բլոկներից, երեք ուղղահայաց և երկու հորիզոնական բլոկներից։
Պեղումների ընթացքում հայտնաբերվել են նաև ժամանակի չափման բացառիկ սարքեր, կուռքերի արձաններ և խեցեղեն։
