Ալմա-Աթան աքսիոմ չէ. կառավարությունը մանիպուլացնում է

Հայաստանի կառավարությունը հրապարակել է Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմանազատման կանոնակարգը, ըստ որի կողմերը համաձայնել են սահմանազատումն իրականացնել 1991 թվականի Ալմա-Աթայի հռչակագրի վրա։ Ու թեպետ գործող իշխանությունները փորձում են դա որպես դիվանագիտական ձեռքբերում ներկայացնել, հենց կանոնակարգի տեքստում նշվում է, թե այդ համաձայնությունը վերջնական չէ։ Գործընթացը կարող է հետագայում՝ խաղաղության համաձայնագրի ընդունումից հետո, այլ սկզբունքներով ընթանալ։ «Եթե հետագայում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության միջև խաղաղության և միջպետական հարաբերություննների հաստատման մասին համաձայնագրով նախատեսվեն այլ կարգավորումներ, ապա տվյալ հիմնարար սկզբունքը կհամապատասխանեցվի վերը նշված համաձայնագրով սահմանված սկզբունքներին», - նշված է փաստաթղթում։
Փորձագետները դեռ 2022 թ. հոկտեմբերից հետո, երբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Պրահայում Արցախը ճանաչեց Ադրբեջանի մաս և հայտարարեց, որ սահմանազատումն ու սահմանագծումն անցկացվելու է Ալմա Աթայի հռչակագրով, նշում էին, թե այդ հռչակագիրը չունի քարտեզային նկարագիր։ Ադրբեջանը ոչ միայն այդ հարցում, այլև կանոնակարգում ամրագրված ձևակերպման մեջ մեծ մանևրի տեղ է թողել իր համար։
Գործող իշխանություններն ու նրանց սպասարկուներն այժմ էլ պնդում են, թե Ադրբեջանը պարտավոր է լինելու հետ քաշել իր զորքերը ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքից։ Նման պահանջ կանոնակարգը ոչ միայն չի տալիս, այլև Բաքվին հնարավորություն է ընձեռում խաղալ իր խաղը։ Չի բացառվում, որ Ադրբեջանը մեկ-երկու դիրքից հետ քաշվի, որպեսզի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կարողանա դա ձեռբերում ներկայացնել, բայց 200 ք/կմ տարածքի դեօկուպացիան առնվազն ֆանտաստիկայի ժանրից է։
