Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Եթե մենք շարունակենք այս լրջությամբ և մակերեսայնությամբ պատկերացնել մեր վիճակը և անելիքները, ապա որոշ ժամանակ անց սեպտեմբերի 21-ը նշելու ենք Արցախի սեպտեմբերի 2-ի պես՝ ինչ-որ մի տեղ, ինչ-որ մի կերպ։
Այս սեպտեմբերի 21-ին օրեր են մնացել, փորձենք այս օրերն օգտագործել մի քանի բարդ հարցի հնարավորին չափ ազնվորեն պատասխանելու ու ռացիոնալ լուծումներ գտնելու համար։
Ինչպե՞ս ստացվեց, որ անկախ պետության 33-րդ տարում քաղաքական-հանրային պրոցեսներն առաջնորդում է հոգևորականը։ Սա խոսում է պետության խորքային տապալումների մասին։ Թվում էր՝ կար բավարար ժամանակ, որ ձևավորվեին քաղաքական անհրաժեշտ ինստիտուտներ, քաղաքական պայքարի ավանդույթներ, հանրային կյանքի-բանավեճի-համակեցության նորմեր և այլն։ Ֆորմալ ամեն ինչ ունեինք՝ Սահմանադրություն-օրենքներ-պետական կառույցներ-կուսակցություններ-ծրագրեր-անվտանգության հայեցակարգ-ազգային երազանք-հռչակված նպատակներ և այլ և այլն։ Ու հանկարծ պարզվեց, որ այս ամենը բուտաֆորիկ է։
Եթե միջավայրն է ծնում առաջնորդ, ապա պետք է փորձենք հասկանալ միջավայրը, որքան էլ այդ պրոցեսը լինի ցավոտ՝ ինքնաճանաչման տեսանկյունից։
Հասարակության վիճակ, առաջնորդության որակ, ինստիտուտների վիճակ, ազգային պոտենցիալ։ Մեզ սպառնում են վերացնել, էթնիկ զտում իրականացնել մեր իսկ երկրում, ջարդել մեր պետականությունը։ Գործի կեսն արել են, պատրաստվում են շարունակությանը։ Մենք կդառնանք առաջին պետությունը, որը տեսնում է աղետը ու հանդարտ սպասում դրան՝ խաղաղ աշխատող խորհրդարանի ու ֆորմալ առկա քաղաքական ինստիտուտների պայմաններում։
Մինչև սեպտեմբերի 21-ը՝ անկախության 33-ամյակը, փորձելու եմ այս հարցերը հաջորդաբար դարձնել քննարկման առարկա։ Այս դժոխքից դուրս գալու համար պետք է հնարավորին չափ ազնիվ լինել՝ մեր մասին, իրար հետ։ Հանրային դաշտում արդեն նշմարվում են այդ բաց խոսակցության ծիլերը, ու դա շատ կարևոր է։ Պրոցեսը կարևոր է։
Ռացիոնալ ազնվությունն այն նախապայմանն է, որը թույլ կտա կոնսոլիդացնել ազգային առողջ պոտենցիալը՝ կասեցնելու համար հնարավոր ամենամեծ աղետը։
