Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը տելեգրամյան իր ալիքում գրում է. 

Որպեսզի ճիշտ հասկանանք մեր վիճակը և կարողանանք ճիշտ կազմակերպել մեր գործը, պետք է ունակ լինենք մեզ նայել կողքից։
 
Ինչ են տեսնում մեզ նայելիս հակառակորդները, հարևանները, պոտենցիալ դաշնակիցները.
 
1.     Հայ  ժողովրդի էլիտաները չեն կարողանում գտնել հետպատերազմյան վերականգնման բովանդակությունը, ճանապարհը։
2.     Հասարակությունը գտնվում է խորը կազմաքանդման մեջ, լիարժեք օտարացած պետությունից։
3.     Քաղաքացիների՝ Հայաստանը լքելու ձգտումն աննախադեպ մեծ է։
4.     Հասարակությունը մեծ մասամբ չունի կորստի զգացում՝ ո´չ հայրենիքի, ո´չ իր զավակների հանդեպ։ Պետությունը կորցնելու հնարավորությունը աստիճանաբար դառնում է «նոր նորմալություն»։
5.     Ֆինանսական խոշոր ռեսուրսների տիրապետողները, նախկին-ներկա ազդեցիկ դեմքերից շատ-շատերը իրենց ընտանիքների համար Հայաստանից դուրս ստեղծել են «պահուստային հայրենիքներ»։
6.     Հասարակությունը կորցրել է անվտանգության զգացումը և չի պատկերացնում պետության կորստի իրական-տեսանելի սցենարը, մեխանիզմները, ժամկետները, որոնք ավելի քան իրական են։
 
Մեր անելիքը, պայքարը պիտի կոնկրետանա այս կետերի տրամաբանությունը փոխելու շուրջ։ Սա է հիմա անելիքը։ Մենք այս իշխանության օրոք ստացել ենք  նոր իրականություն՝ Հայրենական ՄԵԾ Պարտություն։ Այդ իրականությունը գիտակցելը և դրա հետ հաշտվելը տարբեր բաներ են։ Առաջնորդությունը այս փոփոխությունը կազմակերպելն է։
