Հայ գերիները Բաքվում ենթարկվում են դաժան վերաբերմունքի․ Պատգամավորը դիմել է միջազգային մարմիններին

ԱԺ պատգամավոր Թագուհի Թովմասյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․ «Գրություններ եմ ուղարկել մոտ 4 տասնյակ միջազգային կառույցների և իմ միջազգային գործընկերներին՝ Ադրբեջանի մայրաքաղաք Բաքվում պահվող հայ գերիների հարցով: Միջազգային մարդասիրական բոլոր նորմերը խախտված են այս հարցում:
Որպես Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանությամբ զբաղվող Հայաստանի պառլամենտի ներկայացուցիչ, ահազանգեր եմ ստանում Բաքվի բանտում պահվող պաշտոնապես հաստատված 23 հայ գերիների` պատանդների պահման պայմանների վերաբերյալ: Ցավոք որևէ միջազգային հասանելիություն չկա նրանց նկատմամբ` բացի Կարմիր Խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի ամսական մեկանգամյա այցերը և սուղ տեղեկատվությունը: Անգամ հարազատների հետ գերիների զանգերի ընթացքում, հենց հարազատների խոսքով, նրանք հաղորդում են շատ ընդհանուր տեղեկություն՝ առանց որոշակիացնելու իրենց պահման պայմանների մասին:
Սույն թվականի հունիսի 13-ին Ադրբեջանում պահվող գերի Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի միջազգային փաստաբանական թիմը դիմում է ներկայացրել ՄԱԿ-ի Խոշտանգումների հարցով հատուկ զեկուցողին՝ հայտնելով խոշտանգումների ու դաժան վերաբերմունքի մասին:
Վերջերս մամուլում մտահոգիչ մանրամասներ հայտնեց 2021 թվականին գերեվարված լիբանանահայ Վիգեն Էուլջեքյանի կինը։
Կասկած չկա, որ ազգությամբ հայ գերիները ենթարկվում են խոշտանգումների և դաժան վերաբերմունքի։ Այդ դեպքերից մի քանիսը փաստաթղթավորված են և զեկուցվել են ՄԱԿ-ի Խոշտանգումների դեմ կոմիտեին՝ 2024 թվականի ապրիլի վերջին նստաշրջանի ժամանակ:
Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ութ հանրային քաղաքական պետական գործիչների խափանման միջոցները առանց որևէ հիմքի երկարաձգվում են, նախկին չորս ամսվա փոխարեն: Մայիսին նրանց խափանման միջոց ընտրված կալանքի ժամակետը երկարձգվեց հինգ ամսով:
Ադրբեջանի գլխավոր դատախազը օրեր առաջ հայտարարեց, որ արդեն գործերն ուղարկվել են դատարան, սակայն դեռ առաջընթաց այդ հարցում չկա:
Այս համատեքստում Ադրբեջանը պատրաստվում է COP29-ին և այն անվանում է «Խաղաղության COP»:
Հաշվի առնելով այս բոլոր մտահոգությունները խնդրել եմ իմ միջազգային գործընկերներին՝ իրենց մանդատի շրջանակներում պահանջեն Ադրբեջանից հետևյալը.
Մինչև COP29-ի անցկացումն ազատ արձակել հայ գերիներին ու պատանդառված անձանց, եթե իսկապես ցանկանում են որ այն դառնա «Խաղաղության COP»
Ապօրինի դատավարությունները կայանալու դեպքում, պահանջել, որ դրանք համապատասխանեն համաշխարհային իրավական չափանիշներին, և միջազգային դիտորդներին ու լրատվամիջոցներին նույնպես թույլատրվի մասնակցել դրանց»։
