ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը գրում է․
«2 տարի առաջ այս օրը, Ադրբեջանը հարձակման անցավ Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքի տարբեր ուղղություններով, որի հետևանքով մեր երկրի մի շարք մարտավարական, ռազմավարական հատվածներ, բարձունքներ հայտնվեցին ադրբեջանական վերահսկողության տակ:
Սրանով Ադրբեջանը ոչ միայն մեծ առավելության հասավ ռազմական առումով, այլ հնարավորություն ստացավ բանակցային գործընթացում հանդես գալ լրիվ այլ` իր համար շահեկան դիրքերից:
Ադրբեջանական հարձակման ուղղությունները պատահական չէին. դրանով նրանք հնարավորություն ստացան ոչ միայն առավել բարենպաստ հատվածներում արդյունավետ պաշտպանական կառույցներ տեղակայելու, ՀՀ կարևոր ենթակառուցվածքների նկատմամբ վերահսկողություն ստանալ, այլ հնարավոր հարձակվողական գործողությունների դեպքում, մեկնարկային խոշոր հնարավորություններ ստանալ:
Այդ հարձակման հետևանքով Հայաստանը 2 հարյուրից ավելի զոհ ունեցավ:
Հայաստանի իշխանության զիջողական, պարտվողական քաղաքականության հիմքում նաև ադրբեջանական այդ ագրեսիայի ծանր հետևանքներն են»:
