Ադրբեջանի «խաղաղության օրակարգը» պատեհ պահին նոր ռազմական հարձակումն է։
ՀՀ իշխանությունների «խաղաղության օրակարգը» թղթի կտոր ստանալով՝ վերարտադրման հնարավորությունն է։

Բա ո՞րն է Հայաստանի իրական խաղաղության օրակարգը։ Որպես առաջին քայլ՝ այս երկու սցենարները խափանելը։ Ինչպե՞ս։

Հայաստանի խաղաղության օրակարգը ձևավորելու համար անհրաժեշտ է նոր քաղաքական միտք, նոր ձևաչափեր։ Հայաստանի պետական քաղաքական միտքը պետք է լինի Հայաստանի հետպատերազմական վերականգնումը՝ իր բոլոր ասպեկտներով։ Մնացածը կա´մ ժամավաճառություն է, կամ՝ գործարք։

Մարդիկ ուզում են տեսնել պետության, իրենց և իրենց ընտանիքների վաղվա օրը։

Դժվար է լինել պարտված երկրի քաղաքացի, պարտված հասարակություն, պարտված վերնախավ։ Հակառակորդ պետությունները մեզ նայում են որպես փայլուն պոտենցիալ զոհի, որի գլխին հնարավոր է հարմար պահի նորից տալ։ Որպես պոտենցիալ զոհ մեզ նայում են երբեմն անգամ մեր բարեկամները, քանի որ հիմա մեր անմտությամբ այլ բանի չենք ձգում։

Մենք չպետք է դիտվենք-ընկալվենք-ինքնաընկալվենք որպես զոհ։ Հայաստանում խորքային փոփոխություններ են պետք, իսկ դա հնարավոր է միայն նոր բովանդակության և նոր ձևաչափերի դեպքում։ Վերջապես պետք է գտնել ձևը՝ տասնյակ հազարավոր ազնիվ, պայքարող անհատների պայքարը ռացիոնալ հուն դնելու և կոնկրետ արդյունքների հասնելու համար։

Նոր ձևաչափերը և հասարակությունը կարող են դառնալ լավ գործընկերներ ու ձևավորել լավ ուժ՝ դիմակայելու թե´ արտաքին հստակ սպառնալիքներին, թե´ ներքին կառավարման տապալումներին, որոնք օր օրի ավելի այլանդակ են դառնում։

Պարտված երկիրն ունի պարտված իշխանություն, բայց նաև՝ պարտված հանրային-քաղաքական վերնախավ ու պարտված հասարակություն։ Կարծում եմ՝ վերափոխման ճանապարհը հենց այդտեղից է պետք սկսել։
