Գաստրոէնտերոլոգ Ռուստեմ Սադիկովը բացատրել է, թե ինչու է որոշ դեպքերում դատարկ ստամոքսին ջուր խմելը վնասակար։ Բժիշկները մշտապես հիշեցնում են ձեզ պահպանել հեղուկի հավասարակշռությունը: Սակայն անհրաժեշտ է պարզել խմելու ջրի ժամանակն ու հանգամանքները, որպեսզի պատահաբար չվնասեն օրգանիզմին։ Մասնագետը նշել է, որ գիշերվա ընթացքում մարդու օրգանիզմը մեծ քանակությամբ հեղուկ է կորցնում։
Առավոտյան ջրի պակաս կա. եթե չլրացնեք պաշարը, ապա սրտանոթային համակարգը առաջինը կզգա բեռը. սիրտը ստիպված կլինի ավելի շատ արյուն մղել: Այն նոսրացնելու համար բժիշկը խորհուրդ է տվել նախաճաշից առաջ խմել 500 մլ տաք ջուր։ Նաև տաք ջուրը կթեթևացնի լեղուղիների սպազմը, ինչը կապահովի լավ մարսողություն մնացած օրվա համար:
Այնուամենայնիվ, Սադիկովը բժիշկ Պիտերի հետ զրույցում ընդգծել է, որ որոշ մարդկանց համար նրա առաջարկությունները կարող են անօգուտ և նույնիսկ վնասակար լինել։ Այսպիսով, հիպերտոնիայով, խոլելիտիասով և երիկամների խնդիրներ ունեցող մարդկանց համար ջուրը նույնպես նոսրացնում է արյունը, բայց այս համատեքստում սա ավելի շատ «մինուս» է, քան «պլյուս»:
«Եթե ունեք երիկամների հետ կապված խնդիրներ, հիպերտոնիա և լեղաքարային հիվանդություն, դա կարող է հանգեցնել բարդությունների»,- ասել է բժիշկը։ Այս դեպքում ջրի քանակը պետք է որոշի բժիշկը: Գաստրոէնտերոլոգը նշել է, որ կարեւոր է ոչ միայն ջուր խմելու ժամանակը, այլեւ այն դիրքը, որով մարդ դա անում է։ Ջուրը ճիշտ է ներծծվում, եթե այն խմում եք նստած և չափավոր տեմպերով, այլ ոչ թե ագահ, արագ կումերով։
