Այս ամենը ցույց է տալիս, որ աշխարհը փոփոխությունների անհրաժեշտության առջեւ է կանգնել, ինչ-որ լուրջ գործընթացներ են գնում, նոր աշխարհ է սկսում ծնվել, ինչպես 18-19-րդ դարերում Եվրոպայում։
