2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերի այս օրերին Արցախում մի ուշագրավ դրվագ գրանցվեց, որն այդ օրերին առանձնապես քննարկումների առարկա չդարձավ: Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության քարտուղար Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը։
«Արցախում ծանր մարտերից հետո հրադադար հաստատվեց, սակայն դրան հաջորդող մի քանի օրվա ընթացքում տեղեկություններ էին շրջանառվում Ստեփանակերտի մատույցներում ադրբեջանական գործողությունների մասին:
Խոսքն այն մասին չէր, որ ադրբեջանցիները Ստեփանակերտի տարբեր թաղամասերի մոտակայքում շրջում էին, այլ կոնկրետ գործողության, որը ինչպես ավելի ուշ պարզվեց, թուրքական «Կոմանդոների» մասնակցությամբ էր եղել:
Թուրքական ստորաբաժանումները, որոնք 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո տեղակայվել էին Շուշիի և Քաշաթաղի ուղղությամբ, հրադադարի հաստատումից հետո փորձել էին ներխուժել Ստեփանակերտ:
Բացի նրանից, որ ներխուժման փորձը հայկական ուժերի կողմից կատաղի դիմադրության էր հանդիպել, հատկապես շատ արդյունավետ մեր դիպուկահարներն էին գործել, այլ թուրքական և ադրբեջանական հրամանատարության համար կոնֆլիկտի պատճառ էր դարձել:
Մինչև այժմ դեռ անհայտ պատճառներով, թուրքերը, իմ տպավորությամբ, ադրբեջանցիների հետ չհամաձայնեցված, ինչ-որ գործողություն էին նախաձեռնել, որը հետագայում Բաքվի Անկարա զանգերի պատճառ դարձավ:
Միգուցե, թուրքերը խնդիր ունեին ցույց տալու, որ այդ օրերի՝ նաև օպերացիայի ակտիվ մասնակից են` նպատակ ունենալով թեման Բաքու-Անկարա առևտրում օգտագործել: Միգուցե դա այն թեմայի էլեմենտներից էր, որը ամիսներ առաջ արտացոլվեց Բաքու-Անկարա քաղաքական փոխհրաձգությամբ, երբ Էրդողանը 44-օրյա պատերազմում իր երկրի մեծ դերի մասին էր խոսել, իսկ Ադրբեջանից փորձում էին հերքել:
Տեղի ունեցած ողբերգությունը դեռ հնարավորություն չի տվել ամբողջությամբ գնահատելու այն իրադրությունը, որը ձևավորվել էր 2020 պատերազմից հետո և արտացոլվել մինչև 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբեր, սակայն այս մասով ևս խորքային ուսումնասիրության խիստ կարիք կա», - գրել է նա:
