ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության ղեկավար Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․
«Երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի գործով արդարացնող վճիռ կայացրած դատավորին իշխանությունը չներեց: Վերջինիս լիազորությունները «էական կարգապահական խախտման հիմքով դադարեցվել են»։
Դատավոր Վահե Միսակյանի դեմ անորակ արշավ տարվեց հենց միայն այն պատճառով, որ վերջինս համարձակվել էր պրոցեսը տանել իրավական, այլ ոչ թե քաղաքական հանգուցալուծման ճանապարհով:
Անկախ նրանից, թե քաղաքական պատվերն ում է իջեցվում` ոստիկանին, քննիչին, դատախազին, դատավորին մեկ է` յուրաքանչյուրը պետք է գիտակցի, որ իր որոշումը ծանր հետևանքներ է թողնելու ոչ միայն քաղաքական թիրախավորման տակ հայտնվածի, այլ նաև իր վրա:
Իսկ գործող իշխանությունը երբեք չի ներել ու չի ներելու բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր օրենքն ու բարոյականությունն առաջնահերթ են համարում:
Սրանով է պայմանավորված, որ քաղաքական իշխանությունը փորձում է մաքսիմալ իրեն շրջապատել ստրուկի հոգեբանությամբ, քծնող, կարծիք չունեցող, բարոյական ցածր արժեքային համակարգով կամակատարներով:
Իսկ ովքեր թեկուզ նվազագույն չափով սկզբունք կամ մասնագիտական պարտքի կարևորություն են ի ցույց դնում, նրանցից արագ ազատվում են»:
