1. Հոգնածություն եւ թուլություն
Քաղցկեղի ամենատարածված նշաններից մեկը հոգնածությունն է, որը չի անհետանում նույնիսկ երկարատև հանգստից հետո: Մարդը ուժասպառ է զգում, նրա կատարողականը նվազում է, և նա չի կարող սովորական գործողություններ կատարել։ Դա կարող է առաջանալ տարբեր գործոնների պատճառով, ինչպիսիք են թթվածնի պակասը, սննդանյութերի պակասը կամ ուռուցքի կողմից արտազատվող տոքսինների ազդեցությունը:
2. Անբացատրելի քաշի կորուստ
Հանկարծակի և զգալի քաշի կորուստը կարող է նախազգուշացնող նշան լինել։ Եթե դուք դիետա չեք պահում կամ մարզվում, և շարունակում եք նիհարել, դա կարող է վկայել ձեր օրգանիզմում քաղցկեղի բջիջների առկայության մասին: Մետաստատիկ ուռուցքները կարող են արտազատել նյութեր, որոնք ոչնչացնում են մարմնի հյուսվածքը, դրանով իսկ նպաստելով քաշի կորստին:
3. Ցավ և անհանգստություն
Ցավը ևս մեկ կարևոր ախտանիշ է, որին պետք է ուշադրություն դարձնել: Այն կարող է լինել տարբեր բնույթով՝ սուր, ձանձրալի, պարբերական կամ մշտական։ Կախված ցավի տեղայնացումից՝ կարելի է կասկածել քաղցկեղի այս կամ այն տեսակին։ Օրինակ, որովայնի մշտական ցավը կարող է վկայել ենթաստամոքսային գեղձի քաղցկեղի մասին, մինչդեռ կրծքավանդակի ցավը կարող է ցույց տալ թոքերի քաղցկեղը:
4. Մաշկի փոփոխություններ
Մաշկի փոփոխությունները կարող են վկայել նաև օրգանիզմում քաղցկեղի առկայության մասին։ Սա կարող է ներառել նոր խալերի տեսքը կամ հին խալերի փոփոխությունները: Օրինակ, եթե խալը դառնում է ասիմետրիկ, ատամնավոր եզրերով և գույնի փոփոխությամբ, դա կարող է լինել մելանոմայի՝ մաշկի քաղցկեղի մի ձևի նշան:
5. Անբացատրելի արյունահոսություն
Արյունահոսությունը, որը կապված չէ վնասվածքի կամ դաշտանային ցիկլի հետ, կարող է նաև վկայել առողջական խնդիրների, այդ թվում՝ քաղցկեղի մասին: Օրինակ՝ ուղիղ աղիքից արյունահոսությունը կարող է լինել հաստ աղիքի քաղցկեղի ախտանիշ, իսկ մեզի մեջ արյան հայտնվելը միզասեռական համակարգի հիվանդությունների, այդ թվում՝ միզապարկի քաղցկեղի նշան է։
