Համեմատեք Սերժ Սարգսյանի բանակցային փաթեթն ու Փաշինյանի բերած աղետը։

2008-2018թթ. Արցախյան հարցի բանակցությունների ժամանակ ՀՀ իշխանությունները բանակցել են հանրաքվեի միջոցով Արցախի կարգավիճակի հստակեցումը,իսկ փաստացի Արցախի անկախության միջազգային ճանաչման հարցը։

Այդ փաստը բազմիցս արձանագրել են ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները,իսկ վերջին անգամ դրա մասին համանախագահներից խոսեց ռուսաստանցի համանախագահ Պոպովը 2021-ի հունվարի 13-ին։

2009-2013թթ.ԱՄՆ,ՌԴ եւ Ֆրանսիայի նախագահները 5 հայտարարություն են ընդունել,որտեղ ամրագրված էր Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի պարտադիր իրացման փաստը։

Այդ սկզբունքն ամրագրված էր թե ՀՀ-ԵՄ գործըկերության պայմանացրում/CEPA/ ,թե ՀԱՊԿ ղեկավարների պաշտոնական հայտարարության մեջ։

Ընդ որում ,հանրաքվեի կազմակերպման երկու տարբերակին էլ հայկական կողմը ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի գլխավորությամբ իր համաձայնությունը տվել էր.

Տարբերակ 1։

Որոշվում է պարտադիր իրավական ուժ ունեցող հանրաքվեի անցկացման ժամկետ,որի արդյունքում կոնկրետ ժամկետներում Արցախում իրականացվում էր պարտադիր իրավան ուժ ունեցող հանրաքվե ,իսկ հայկական ուժերն էլ դուրս էին գալու 7 շրջաններից։

Տարբերակ 2։

Որոշվում է Արցախում պարտադիր իրավական ուժ ունեցող հանրաքվեի անցկացման փաստը,առանց կոնկրետ ժամկետ նշելու,որի արդյունքում Լաչինի ու Քելբաջարի շրջանները մնալու էին հայկական վերահսկողության տակ մինչեւ հանրաքվեի անցկացումը, 5 շրջաններից էլ դուրս էին գալու հայկական ուժերը։

Այսինքն Լաչինի ու Քելբաջարի հարցը հանրաքվեի ժամկետ չնշելու պարագայում հստակ փոխկապակցված էր հանրաքվեի անցկացման հետ։
Ի դեպ,այդ ամենն արվելու էր խաղաղ ճանապարհով,առանց զոհերի,բացառելով պատերազմի հեռանկարը։

Հենց այդ պատճառով էր Իլհամ Ալիեւը 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո Քելբաջարում ասում,որ «Քելբաջարը պետք է մնար հայերին»։

Սա էր բանակցում Սերժ Սարգսյանը,որի բանակցած փաթեթին կապիտուլյանտ Փաշինյանն անուն էր կպցնում։

Դե հիմա համեմատեք Սերժ Սարգսյանի բանակցածն ու Փաշինյանի «բանակցածի» արդյունքում Արցախի եւ հազարավոր հայորդիների կորուստը,Արցախի հայաթափումն ու արցախայերի բռնագաղթը,ինչպես նաեւ Տավուշի տարածքների հանձնումն ու Ադրբեջանի կողմից ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքի 240 քառ.կմ օկուպացիան։

Ու սա դեռ վերջը չէ,եթե շարունակեցիք կապիտուլյանտների ու դրա հաճախորդների թելը թելել։
