Լրագրողական մի շարք կազմակերպություններ հայտարարություն են տարածել՝ պահանջելով ԱԺ ՔՊ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Հովիկ Աղազարյանից՝ հրապարակավ ներողություն խնդրել լրագրող Քնար Մանուկյանից և երաշխավորել, որ ապագայում թույլ չի տա անհարգալից վերաբերմունք ԶԼՄ-ների ներկայացուցիչների հանդեպ։

Հայտարարությունում նշված է․

«Երեկ՝ հոկտեմբերի 15-ին, Ազգային ժողովում «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Հովիկ Աղազարյանը, հանդիպելով խորհրդարանում հավատարմագրված՝ «Ժողովուրդ» թերթի և Armlur.am կայքի թղթակից Քնար Մանուկյանին և դժգոհություն հայտնելով իր հետ վերջինիս հրապարակած հարցազրույցի առնչությամբ, վիրավորել է նրան։ Ըստ լրագրողի՝ պատգամավորը նրան անվանել է «սրիկա», «զզվելի» և ատելության խոսք արտահայտել՝ «պարսիկ, պարսկուհուց էլ վատն ես» (դժվար է պատկերացնել, թե նա ինչ է նկատի ունեցել այս տարօրինակ արտահայտությամբ)։

Նույն օրը Հովիկ Աղազարյանը հերքել է, որ գործածել է «պարսիկ» բառը, սակայն միջադեպին ականատես են եղել այլ ԶԼՄ-ների թղթակիցներ, և մասնավորապես News.am կայքի լրագրող Ռուզան Խաչատրյանը հաստատել է, որ պատգամավորը օգտագործել է այդ խոսքը։

Մենք՝ ներքոստորագրյալ լրագրողական կազմակերպություններս, մեր վրդովմունքն ենք արտահայտում և դատապարտում ենք իշխող խմբակցության պատգամավորի այս անվայելուչ պահվածքը։ Արձանագրում ենք, որ սա ընդամենը մեկ դրվագ է ԱԺ պատգամավորների և լրագրողների միջև բազմաթիվ կոնֆլիկտների, անհարգալից վերաբերմունքի և վիրավորանքների դեպքերից։ Սա լուրջ խնդիր է, որը պետք է համակողմանի քննարկման առարկա դառնա խորհրդարանի Էթիկայի հանձնաժողովում, որի ստեղծումն ու գործունեությունն անհասկանալի պատճառներով իրականություն չի դառնում։

Ինչ վերաբերում է նշյալ միջադեպին, ապա պահանջում ենք․

       - պատգամավոր Հովիկ Աղազարյանից՝ հրապարակավ ներողություն խնդրել լրագրող Քնար Մանուկյանից և երաշխավորել, որ ապագայում թույլ չի տա անհարգալից վերաբերմունք ԶԼՄ-ների ներկայացուցիչների հանդեպ,

       - «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցությունից՝ գնահատական տալ Հովիկ Աղազարյանի պահվածքին և տեղեկացնել հանրությանն այդ մասին,

       - ԱԺ ղեկավարությունից՝ միջոցներ ձեռնարկել պատգամավոր-լրագրող հարաբերություններում առկա լարվածությունը թոթափելու, իսկ ծագող կոնֆլիկտներն էթիկայի հանձնաժողովում քննելու և հետևություններ անելու ուղղությամբ»։
