Գիշերը ժամը 1-ին կանգնեց այս լուսեղեն էակի, իմ քրոջ աղջկա սիրտը, ում հիվանդանոց էին տեղափոխել Շատինով անցնող միջպետական ճանապարհի վրա տեղի ունեցած ավտովթարից։ Երեխայի մորաքույրը՝ Մերի Սարգսյանը գրառում է կատարել՝ մեղադրելով մի շարք պատկան մարմինների.

«Ուզում եմ պատկան մարմիններին մի քանի հարց տալ.

Եղեգիսի Համայնքապետարան դուք ինչու՞ մինչև հիմա ստորգետնյա անցում կամ վերգետնյա կամուրջ կամ ճանապարհի պատշաճ կահավորում այդ հատվածում չեք կազմակերպում, կամ գոնե չեք պահանջում։ շատ վատ եք աշխատում, եթե իհարկե աշխատում եք, այլ ոչ թե աշխատանքի բարեհաջող իմիտացիա անում։ Դուք Քանի՞ երեխա դեռ պիտի զոհվի ավտովթարից, որ տեղներիցդ շարժվեք։

ՀՀ Վայոց ձորի մարզի Շատինի միջնակարգ դպրոց ձեզ դատ է հասնում, եթե մի քիչ խիղճ ու մասնագիտական արժանապատվություն ունենաք, տնօրեն, դասվար, ու պարապող ուսուցիչ հերթով դիմում կգրեք ու գործիցբդուրս կգաք ու էլ կրթական համակարգին մոտ չեք գա այլևս։

ՀՀ Վայոց ձորի մարզպետի աշխատակազմ դուք ինչու՞ գյուղամեջերով անցնող միջպետական ճանապարհների պատշաճ կահավորում չեք կատարում, այդքան դժվա՞ր է տենդեր հայտարարելը։

ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարություն / Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Armenia պատասխանեք, հասկանամ, թե եթե այդքան տենդերներ եք հայտարարում ու այդքան ասֆալտ եք անում, հասկացանք, իսկ ինչու՞ բնակավայրերի միջով անցնող միջպետական ճանապարհները նորմալ չեք կարգավորում, այդքան դժվա՞ր է վերգետնյա կամուրջ սարքելը ամեն գյուղում, ուզում եմ հասկանալ, քանի՞ երեխա պիտի զոհվի ձեր փնթի աշխատանքի արդյունքում, որ մի քիչ նորմալ աշխատեք, չեմ էլ ասում լավ, բայց իմացեք, որ Աստղիկիս մահը նաև ձեր խղճին է։

ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանություն — Police of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs այդքան շատ տեսա լուսանկարահանող սարքեր եք դրել, իսկ ինչու՞ մի հատ կնոպկայով աշխատող լուսացույց չեք դնում գյուղամեջերով անցնող միջպետական ճանապարհների խաչմերուկների վրա։ Թե՞ դրանից տուգանք չկա, նաև դուք եք մեղավոր այս համատարած փնթի կառավարման արդյունքում անմեղ զոհերի համար։ Իմ քրոջ երեխայի մահը նաև ձեր խղճին է, իմացեք։ Ու ամենավերջում.
