«Խորհրդարանը հաստատեց Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի սահմանազատման հանձնաժողովների գործունեության կանոնակարգը, բայց արդեն «սահմանազատված» սահմանը՝ օրինակ Կիրանցում, կարող է նորից փոխվել։ Բանաձևում առաջարկվում է, որ հանձնաժողովները կարող են դիտարկել սահմանային անցման գծերի օպտիմալացման հնարավորությունները»,- MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Կիրանցի բնակիչներից մեկը։

Նա իր մտահոգությունը հայտնեց, թե ինչո՞ւ մինչ բանաձեւի հաստատումը հանձնաժողովը ֆորմալ առումով իրավունք չուներ փոխել սահմանը, այլ ինչպես իշխանական թևն է առիթ-անառիթ օգտագործում՝ վերականգնել։

«Ես չեմ ուզում մենք էլ բախվենք Սյունիքի մարզի Ներքին հանդ գյուղի բնակիչների խնդրին։ Մարդիկ այնտեղ հնարավորություն չունեն այցելել իրենց գերեզմաններ։ Առանց այն էլ կիրանցեցիներիս անունից ասում են, թե՝ «տեսեք, սահմանազատված սահմանը Կիրանցի հատվածում որքան անվտանգ է»։ Եթե այդպես է, եկեք ապրեք մեզ հետ, կիսեք մեր վախերն ու մտահոգությունները։ Մարդիկ վաճառում են իրենց անասունները, որովհետև արոտավայրերն ու խոտհարք տարածքները հանձնվել է Ադրբեջանին»,-ասաց նա։

«Սահմանազատման ու սահմանագծման կեղծ գործընթացում հայկական կողմը հաշվի չի առնում տվյալ բնակավայրերում ապրող բնակիչների կարծիքները»,-նման համոզմունք հայտնեց մեր զրուցակիցը, ընդգծելով, որ սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերի բնակիչների համար պետք է ստեղծվեն տնտեսական գործունեություն իրականացնելու բոլոր պայմանները, ինժեներական, էներգետիկ, տրանսպորտային և այլ օբյեկտների ու ենթակառուցվածքների գործունեության անվտանգ ապահովումը, մարդկանց տեղաշարժը։ 

««Հանձնաժողովները կարող են դիտարկել սահմանային անցման գծերի օպտիմալացման հնարավորությունները» եզրույթը, ամեն դեպքում, խիստ մտահոգիչ է։ Մենք դեռ չենք հարմարվել մեր նոր սահմանին։ Եթե նորից ինչ որ բան փոխվի՝ ապա դա կնպաստի առանց այն էլ նոսրացող գյուղի արտագաղթին»,-եզրափակեց նա։
