Մենուա Սողոմոնյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․ 

ԱԺ-ում 2025թ․ պետբյուջեի նախագծի քննարկմանը Փաշինյանը անցած 6,5 տարիների իր կառավարման հետևանքով պատուհասած աղետի նոր արդարացում ներկայացրեց․ «խարխափումը իրական և պատմական Հայաստանների միջև»։ 

Փաստորեն 6,5 տարի շարունակ նա խարխափում էր և ոչ մի կերպ չէր հաջողեցնում լսել ո՛չ փորձագետների, ո՛չ քաղաքական ուժերի, ո՛չ առանձին շրջանակների կոչերը, հորդորներն ու զգուշացումները։ Եվ այդ ամենը մեր վրա արժեցավ հազարավոր մարդկանց կյանքեր, 12․000 քառակուսի կմ տարածքով հայրենիքի կորուստ, 150․000 մարդու բռնագաղթ։ 

Փաստորեն «իրական և պատմական Հայաստանների միջև խարխափելու պատճառով» է, որ ունենք տապալված տեղական ինքնակառավարում, երբ համայնքները ղեկավարում են մարդիկ և ուժեր, որոնք ժողովրդի քվեով չեն ընտրվել (Երևան, Վանաձոր, Ալավերդի, Բերդ․․․․ այսօր Գյումրին է հայտնվում նույն իրավիճակում)։  

Փաստորեն «Իրական և պատմական Հայաստանների միջև խարխափելու պատճառով» մինչ այժմ ծաղկում է կոռուպցիան, յուրացվում են պետական իշխանության բոլոր թևերը, պատասխանատու պաշտոնների նշանակվում են ոչ կոմպետենտ մարդիկ, հարատուների սուղ միջոցները ծախսվում են ճոխությունների վրա, սպառողական ապրանքների գները աճում են, իսկ ուսուցիչների, սպաների, պետծառայողների աշխատավարձերը, կենսաթոշակները տեղում դոփում են․․․

Ու հիմա մեր բարի ու ներողամիտ ժողովրդի մեջ կսկսեն ակտիվորեն շրջանառել այն թեզը, որ մինչև հիմա վատ ենք ապրել, քանի որ «խարխափել ենք իրական ու պատմական Հայաստանների միջև»․․․
