ՌԴ արտաքին հետախուզությունը սրտաճմլիկ մի հաղորդագրություն է տարածել, որում նշում է, թե ԱՄՆ-ը պատրաստվում է արշավ կազմակերպել՝ ուղղված Ռուսաստանի, Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության (ԵԱՏՄ) և Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության (ՀԱՊԿ) հետ Հայաստանի համագործակցությունը վարկաբեկելուն։
«Ամերիկյան Պետդեպարտամենտը նկատելիորեն արագացրել է Հայաստանում արևմտամետ քաղաքացիական հասարակության կառույցների գործունեությունը խթանող մի շարք միջոցառումների աշխատանքները։ Նահանգներում կարևոր են համարում հայկական քաղաքական վերնախավի վրա «ուղղորդող ազդեցության» ամրապնդումը, որպեսզի խրախուսեն Հայաստանին, չնայած անխուսափելի դժվարություններին, արագացնել վերջնական վերակողմնորոշման գործընթացը դեպի արևմտամետ զարգացման ձևաչափ»,- ասվում է հայտարարության մեջ:
Ըստ Արտաքին հետախուզության ծառայության՝ ամերիկյան կառույցներին հանձնարարվել է ապահովել, որ Հայաստանի կառավարության աշխատանքը ճշգրտվի՝ Արևմուտքի շահերից ելնելով, և հասարակական-քաղաքական գործընթացներին տալ հակառուսական բնույթ։
Որ ՀՀ գործող իշխանությունները հակառուսական քաղաքականություն են վարում, գաղտնիք չէ։ Բայց դրա գլխավոր մեղավորներից մեկը հենց Սերգեյ Նարիշկինի գլխավորած կառույցն է։ ՀՀ գործող իշխանությունների վերակողմնորոշումը ՌԴ Արտաքին հետախուզության ձախողումն է: «Նիկոլ Փաշինյան» պրոյեկտը Ռուսաստանի կողմից համակարգումն ու պատասխանատվությունը վերցրել են անձամբ Սերգեյ Նարիշկինը և ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն, որոնք վստահեցրել են, որ Փաշինյանը վստահելի ֆիգուր է վարչապետի պաշտոնում։ Եվ այժմ, Ռուսաստանում Փաշինյանի հարցով ամենակատաղի նվնվոցները լսվում են հենց այդ երկու գերատեսչություններից, որոնք ռազմավարական ձախողում են ունեցել։
