Էրեբունի վարչական շրջանի Վարդաշեն թաղամասի վթարային շենքերի բնակիչները տարիներ շարունակ ահազանգում են՝ շենքերում ապրելու պայմանները շարունակ ավելի անտանելի են դառնում. շենքերը կտուրներ չունեն, պատշգամբները մեկը մյուսի հետևից փլուզվում են, կոյուղաջուրն առաջին հարկի բնակարաններ է լցվում ու հոսում փողոցի երկայնքով։ NEWS.am–ի հետ զրույցում բնակիչները պատմում են.
«Մեր կյանքը նրանց համար արժեք չունի, մենք լքված ու անտեսված ենք քաղաքային իշխանությունների կողմից։ Աղբատար մեքենաները փողոցով անցնում են, շենքերը դղրդում են։ Շենքերն արդեն թեքվել են դեպի ներքև, փլուզվելու են, ընկնեն սեփական տների վրա»,- պատմում եմն բնակիչները։
Վարդաշենցիների խոսքով, մոտ մեկ ամիս առաջ, հերթական պատշգամբն է փլուզվել։
«Գալիս են, ժապավենով տարածքը սահմանազատում, գնում։ Սպասում են երկրաշարժ լինի, մարդիկ կոտորվեն, հետո սկսեն մտածել՝ ինչ անել»,–ասում է բնակիչներից մեկը։
Քաղաքապետարանի լրատվության վարչությունից NEWS.am–ին հայտնում են՝ խնդիրն իրենց ուշադրության կենտրոնում է. ամենօրյա ռեժիմով աշխատում են այդ ուղղությամբ։ Բայց նշում են՝ գերատեսչական առումով որևէ պարտավորվածություն չունեն խնդիրը լուծելու համար, սակայն հաշվի առնելով խնդրի հրատապությունն ու այն, որ որ բնակիչներն էլ մեղավորություն չունեն, որ նման իրավիճակում են հայտնվել, քայլեր են ձեռնարկում։ Ասում են՝ փորձել են կառուցապատող ներգրավել ծրագրում, ու Վարդաշենում կառուցվող շենքերից մեկում բնակարաններ հատկացնել բնակիչներին, սակայն ոչ մի կառուցապատող նման առաջարկով իրենց չի դիմել։ Հիմա էլ դիտարկում են բնակարանի գնման հավաստագրեր տրամադրելու տարբերակը՝ Երևանի բնակարանային ֆոնդում։ Սակայն ասում են, համայնքային միջոցներից գումար հատկացնել չեն կարող, կառավարության աջակցությունն է հարկավոր։ Նախնական հաշվարկներով, 180-ից ավել բնակարանների համար 3.2 մլրդ դրամ գումար է հարկավոր։
Վարդաշենի վթարային շենքերի բնակիչներին, սակայն, քաղաքապետարանից ստացած պատասխանը չի գոհացնում։
«Արվեստն են զարգացնում, միջոցառումներ են կազմակերպում։ Էլի թո՛ղ կազմակերպեն, բայց պիտի թողեն, որ այս մարդիկ մահանա՞ն»,–ասում է նրանցից մեկը։ Մանրամասները՝ տեսանյութում։
