Վահե Հովհաննսիյանը տելեգրամյան իր ալիքում գրում է.
Հայաստանի քաղաքական դաշտը կանգնած է մի ընտրության առջև, որի հետ այս իշխանությունները կապ չունեն։ Այդ ընտրության էությունը հետևյալն է. գալիք ընտրություններում պայքարել իշխանությո՞ւն, թե՞ ընդդիմություն վերցնելու համար։
Առաջին դեպքում՝ դա այլ հոգեվիճակով, ընդգծված վճռականությամբ, սեփական հնարավորությունները իրական գնահատելով ընտրության գնալն է, մյուսը՝ ընդդիմադիր կոմֆորտի համար պայքարը, որի մոտիվացիան բացառապես անձնական է։
Իշխանությունը բնականաբար ունի իր հաշվարկները, և նրան ձեռնտու է 2021-ի մրցակցային պատկերը։ Իշխանությունը բնականաբար հասկանում է, որ չունի նախկին ձայները (680 հազար), բայց հասկանում է նաև, որ մյուսները նույնպես չունեն իրենց արձանագրած ցուցանիշները։ Համաչափ (կամ նույնիսկ անհամաչափ) կորուստներով նույն մրցակցային դաշտը հնարավորություն է տալու իշխանությանը՝ վերարտադրվելու։
Իշխանությունն անթաքույց գնում է ընտրությունների։ Արտահերթ թե հերթական ընտրություններով այս իշխանությանը հաղթելու և երկրում խորքային ռեստարտ ունենալու համար անհրաժեշտ են նոր ուժեր, նոր միավորներ, նոր դաշինքներ, նոր գաղափարներ։ Այստեղ սիրել-չսիրելու հարց չէ, և հատուկ ընդգծեմ, ներկա-նախկին հարց չէ. առաջիկա ընտրություններին մասնակցելու իրավունք և հաջողության հավանականություն ունեն նաև 2021-ի դերակատարները։ Այլ հարց է, որ դա պետք է արվի ճիշտ ձևաչափերով ու ճիշտ ասելիքով։
Վստահ եմ, որ առաջիկա ընտրություններում, լինի հերթական, թե արտահերթ, ավելի քան հնարավոր է հաղթել և ձևավորել նոր իշխանություն։ Բայց դա հնարավոր է անել, եթե լինեն նոր միավորներ, նոր, թեկուզ այս պահին անհավանական թվացող դաշինքներ, նոր ասելիքով։ Գոնե այն պարզ պատճառով, որ այսօրվա և 2021-ի իրականությունները լրիվ տարբեր են։
Պարզ ասած. իշխանությունը գնալու է ընտրությունների՝ բացառապես իշխանություն պահելու համար. այն Հայաստանին առաջարկելու ոչինչ չունի։ Եթե մենք կարողանանք ձևավորել հավաքական ուժ (ուժեր), որոնք գնալու են ընտրության՝ իշխանություն վերցնելու և Հայաստանին նոր բան առաջարկելու համար, ունենալու ենք հաջողություն։
Իսկ եթե դրվող խնդիրը հերթական անգամ ընդդիմության մեջ լինելն է, ապա դա մասնավոր շահի սպասարկում է, և ընդդիմադիր ուժերի ճարտարապետներն ու մասնակիցները դա պետք է հենց սկզբից ազնվորեն ընդունեն։ Հայ ընտրողը պատրաստ է դուրս գալ տնից և գնալ ընտրատեղամաս, եթե տեսնի, որ իշխանություն փոխելու խնդիր և հնարավորություն իրոք դրված է։
