Ռուսական հատուկ ծառայությունները լուրջ կոմպրոմատներ ունեն ՀՀ իշխանությունների դեմ

«Վաշինգտոնը Հայաստանին դրդում է ազգային ինքնասպանության», - հայտարարում է Ռուսաստանի Արտաքին հետախուզության ծառայությունը պնդելով, որ Միացյալ Նահանգները փորձում է արագացնել Հայաստանի կողմից արևմտամետ արտաքին քաղաքական կուրսի որդեգրումն Ուկրաինայում և Մոլդովայում փորձարկված մեթոդների կիրառմամբ։ «Հայաստանում հասարակական-քաղաքական գործընթացներին կայուն հակառուսական ուղղվածություն հաղորդելու խնդիր է դրված։ Այդ նպատակով Վաշինգտոնը մտադիր է երկարաժամկետ տեղեկատվական-քարոզչական արշավ նախաձեռնել, որի նպատակներից է լինելու նաև Ռուսաստանի, ԵԱՏՄ-ի, ՀԱՊԿ-ի հետ Երևանի համագործակցության հեռանկարների վարկաբեկումն ու Ռուսաստան արտագնա աշխատանքի մեկնած հայաստանցիների վրա կիրառվող ճնշումների մասին տեղեկությունների տարածումը», - նշված է Ռուսաստանի Արտաքին հետախուզության ծառայության տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ։
Սա զուտ հայտարարություն չէ։ Ըստ մոսկովյան աղբյուրների, վերջերս Հայաստան է այցելել ՌԴ ԱՀԾ բավական լուրջ պատվիրակություն, որը հանդիպում է ունեցել վարչապետի աշխատակազմի հետ, ըստ որոշ տվյալների, նաև փակ հանդիպում է եղել, որտեղ այդ հայտարարության շեշտադրումները փաստերով ներկայացրել են Հայաստանի իշխանությունների դեմ, նաև դոսյեներ իշխանությունների, նրանց ընտանիքի անդամների հաշիվների մասին, օֆշորներում ուենցած հաշիվները։ Նաև հայտնել են, թե ինչ հասարակական նոր կազմակերպություններ են բացվում, ինչ ֆինանսավորումներ են ստանում դրսից։ Թե ինչ փողեր են ստանում «սորոսական» և ոչ «սորոսական» կազմակերպությունները, իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները, որոնք Արևմուտքի խողովակներով առաջխաղացում են ունեցել իշխանության մեջ։
Մեր տեղեկություններով, կան տեսանյութեր, տվյալներ, թե ինչպես է Արևմուտքը հավաքագրել տարբեր անձանց՝ կոմպրոմատներով, փողերով, այլ մեթոդներով։ Ռուսական կողմը զգուշացրել է, որ դրանք կարող են օգտագործվել անհրաժեշտ պահին։
Ռուսները նաև տարբեր բանագնացների միջոցով ՀՀ իշխանություններին ակնարկել են, որ գուցե իմաստ ունի Հայաստանում էլ թափանցիկություն ապահովելու համար «Օտարերկրյա գործակալների մասին» օրենք ընդունել՝ արտերկրից ստացվող գումարների հոսքը վերահսկելու համար։ Ընդ որում, այդ առումով նաև Վրաստանից են միջնորդում, որ Թբիլիսիի օրինակով նման օրենք ընդունեն։
