Գյումրիում արտահերթ ընտրություններ են սպասվում

Գյումրիում ավագանու նիստը չկայացավ՝ քվորում չլինելու պատճառով: Ներկա էին «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրից» ավագանու 11 անդամներ, մյուս խմբակցություններից որևէ մեկը ներկա չէր: Ավագանու արտահերթ նիստը հրավիրել էր «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցությունը՝ Գյումրիի քաղաքապետ ընտրելու օրակարգով:
Այսօր ավելի վաղ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրը» հայտարարել էր, թե Գյումրիում ավագանու նիստում չի պատրաստվում առաջադրել քաղաքապետի թեկնածու կամ քվեարկել այլ խմբակցությունների կողմից առաջադրվելիք թեկնածուների օգտին։ «Եվ քանի որ առանց «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» ավագանու անդամների ձայների ոչ ոք չի կարող համայնքապետ ընտրել՝ Գյումրիում տեղի կունենան ավագանու արտահերթ ընտրություններ»,-այս մասին հայտարարել է Գյումրու ավագանու ՔՊ խմբակցության ղեկավարը։
«Բալասանյան» դաշինքի բոլոր մանդատները վայր դնելուց հետո ՔՊ-ն փորձում էր իր թեկնածուին քաղաքապետ ընտրել, իսկ ընտրություններն անցկացնել հաջորդ տարի, բայց ավագանու ընդդիմադիր երեք խմբակցությունների կոշտ դիրքորոշման պատճառով ստիպված եղավ գնալ արտահերթ ընտրությունների։ Այժմ Գյումրիում լուրջ փորձություն է սպասվում Փաշինյանի թիմին, հատկապես, որ Հայաստանի երկրորդ քաղաքը մշտապես ընդդիմադիր դիրքերից է հանդես եկել։ Նաև Գյումրիում բավական ազդեցիկ և հայտնի մարդիկ կան, որոնք կարող են փչացնել Նիկոլի տոնը։
