Ուկրաինայում պատերազմը կարող է արագ ավարտվել, եթե ԱՄՆ ապագա վարչակազմը Դոնալդ Թրամփի գլխավորությամբ կենտրոնանա հակամարտության դիվանագիտական լուծման վրա։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է Թուրքիայի նախագահ Թայիփ Էրդողանը, հայտնում է Reuters-ը։
Նա ընդգծել է, որ պատերազմի ավարտը պահանջում է երկխոսություն և պայմանավորվածություններ, այլ ոչ թե զենք ու հակամարտություններ։
«Մենք հեշտությամբ կարող ենք ավարտել այս պատերազմը, եթե տեսնենք, որ Թրամփի վարչակազմը մոտենում է այս հարցին լուծման մտածելակերպով: Ավելի շատ երկխոսություն, դիվանագիտություն, համաձայնագրեր կբացեն խաղաղության դուռ, այլ ոչ թե զենքի, ռումբերի և հակամարտությունների»,- ասել է Էրդողանը։
Նա վստահություն է հայտնել, որ դիվանագիտության ավելի մեծ շեշտադրումը կարող է խաղաղության դուռ բացել։ Թուրքիայի ղեկավարը հավելել է, որ արևմտյան երկրների՝ ԱՄՆ-ի գլխավորությամբ, պատերազմին վերջ տալու ջանքերը կարող են զգալիորեն արագացնել խաղաղության հասնելը։
Թրամփը նախկինում ասել էր, որ ընտրվելու դեպքում ինքը կարող է խաղաղություն հաստատել Ուկրաինայում 24 ժամվա ընթացքում, սակայն չի հստակեցրել, թե կոնկրետ ինչպես կլուծվի բարդ հակամարտությունը, որը դարձել է Եվրոպայի ամենամեծ ցամաքային պատերազմը Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմից հետո։
Թուրքիան, պաշտպանելով Ուկրաինայի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը և դատապարտելով Ռուսաստանի գործողությունները, չի աջակցում Մոսկվայի դեմ արևմտյան պատժամիջոցներին։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, Թուրքիան կարևոր գործընկերություն է պահպանում Ռուսաստանի հետ էներգետիկայի, զբոսաշրջության և պաշտպանության ոլորտներում։
Մարտ ամսից Թուրքիան ակտիվորեն բանակցությունների կոչ է անում և առաջարկում իր միջնորդությունը։ Էրդողանը նշել է, որ իր երկիրը մեկ անգամ չէ, որ երկու կողմերին էլ բանակցությունների սեղանի շուրջ է բերել և պատրաստ է դա անել կրկին։
