Ադրբեջանի նախագահը նոյեմբերի 8-ի առիթով ծրագրային ելույթ է ունեցել, որտեղ բացի ավանդական քարոզչական առաջնահերթություններից ու սպառնալիքներից ստորացուցիչ բնույթի հայտարարություններ է հնչեցրել Հայաստանի իշխանության և նրա ղեկավարի հասցեին:

Որքան էլ սպասելի էր, այնուամենայնիվ բավականին տհաճ է, որովհետև այստեղ խնդիրը միայն նիկոլներն ու նրանց իշխանությունը չէ, սա նաև մեր երկրի ու ժողովրդի արժանապատվությանը հասցվող հարվածներ են:

Ալիևը հպարտանում է, որ ստիպել է Փաշինյանին իր հայտնի` «Արցախը Հայաստան է և վե´րջ» կարգախոսը փոխարինել «Ղարաբաղն Ադրբեջան է» ձևակերպումով:

Շարունակելով իր խոսքն Ադրբեջանի նախագահը հիշեցնում է, որ այս տարի էլ ստիպել է Փաշինյանին` հանձնելու հայտնի 4 գյուղերը. սա էլ սրանց խոստացած «սահմանազատումը»:

Սպառնալիքների առումով, Ալիևը խոսում է Հայաստանի ապառազմականացման ու, այսպես կոչված, փախստականների Հայաստան վերադարձի մասին, ընդ որում` դա ակնհայտ սպառնալիքի լեզվով է հնչում:

Սա է փաշինյանական քաղաքական կուրսի ծանր հետևանքը` հայաստանյան իշխանության շողոքորթության, անվերջ զիջողականության պատրաստակամության, գլխիկորության, ադրբեջական քաղաքական գծի շրջանակներում գործելու պայմաններում, Ալիևը հոխորտում է, շանտաժի գնում, սպառնում և անարգում հայաստանյան քաղաքական վերնախավին:

Յուրաքանչյուր պարտություն, զիջում, անարժանապատվություն դրսևորում մեր գլխին նոր պատերազմ ու պարտություն է բերելու:

Փաշինյանական իշխանության ամոթալի էջը պետք է փակել, հակառակ դեպքում սրանք մեր ժողովրդի գլխին նոր ողբերգություն և բռնի տեղահանություն են բերելու:

ՀԳ. Ալիևի նյարդային ջղաձգումները պատահական չեն, նրանք լավ գիտեն ու տեսել են, թե ինչ է լինում, երբ գլուխ է բարձրացնում գաղափարական հայը:
