«2024 թվականին կառավարությունը 1.2 մլրդ դրամի նոր մեքենա է ձեռք բերել»։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 13-ին, Ազգային ժողովում ասաց ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Աննա Գրիգորյանը՝ շեշտելով, որ միայն ՔԿ նախագահ Արգիշտի Քյարամյանի մեքենան 49 մլն դրամ արժե։
«Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պադավատապետության դեմ պայքարելու փոխարեն 21-րդ դարի ամենասիրուն պադավատապետությունն է ստեղծել։ Հեղափոխական տղերքը մետրո էին նստում, հեծանիվ էին քշում, հիմա մինչև էլեկտրական մեքենա չեն նստում, գործի չեն գնում։ 2024 թվականին կառավարությունը 1.2 մլրդ դրամի նոր մեքենա է ձեռք բերել։ Արգիշտի Քյարամյանի մեքենան էլ 49 մլն դրամանոց մեքենա է։ 1 մլրդ դրամ էլ հատկացվել է դիվանագիտական կորպուսներում մեքենաներ ձեռքներելու համար, ևս 645 հազար դոլարի քաղաքապետարանն է պադավատներ ձեռք բերել»,–հավելեց նա։
Աննա Գրիգորյանը շեշտեց, որ Հայաստանի արտաքին պարտքը գրեթե 13 մլրդի է հասել։
«Իրական Հայաստանում է հնարավոր միայն Սնուփ Դոգի համերգը կազմակերպելու համար 6 մլն դոլար տալ, և Սնուփ Դոգն էլ գոնե Հայաստան չգա։ Միայն իրական Հայաստանում կարող է վարչապետը Սևանում հեծանվավազք իրականացնել և քաղաքացին 40 հազար դոլար վճարի դրա համար»,–ասաց պատգամավորը։
ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավորն անդրադարձավ նաև ՀՀ Ֆինանսների նախարարի կողմից 2025 թվականի բյուջեի ներկայացմանը։
«Երբ ֆինանսների նախարարը ներկայացնում էր բյուջեն, ասում էր՝ հարկատուն պետք է վստահ լինի, որ յուրաքանչյուր դրամը, որ մուծվում է բյուջե, արդարացիորեն իրացվելու է։ Բոլորս գիտենք, որ «ԱՆԻՖ» հիմնադրամը, որ ներդրումներ խթանելու համար էր ստեղծվել, 2024 թվականին փակ դռների հետևում փակվեց, և որևէ բացատրություն չտրվեց այդ մասին։ Այդ տարիների ընթացքում 10 մլրդ դրամ է մսխվել։ Առնվազն այս դրվագով ապացուցվում է, որ դուք չեք կարողանում էֆեկտիվ օգտագործել հարկատուների վճարած գումարը։ Ես Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին էլ եմ հնարավորություն ունեցել հարցնելու. նույն «ԱՆԻՖ» հիմնադրամում աշխատել են տասնյակ քաղաքացիներ, և ամսեկան ստացել են միջինում 10 հազար դոլար աշխատավարձ։ Իրենք խնդիր ունեին հիմնադրամը նորմալ աշխատացնելու, հինգ տարի հետո փակվում է հիմնադրամը, էլ մսխումը ո՞ցն է լինում»,–ասաց պատգամավորը։
