Օրեր առաջ ՊՆ-ն հայտնեց, որ ՀՀ ՊՆ Ռազմական ոստիկանության բաժնի կարգապահական վաշտում հայտնաբերվել է զինծառայող Նարեկ Գրիգորյանի դին՝ կախված վիճակում:

Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության քարտուղար Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը։

«Այս միջադեպը նախորդ բոլոր դեպքերից տարբերվում էր նրանով, որ դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել այն բաժնում, որտեղ կարգապահական խնդիրներ ունեցող անձինք են տեղափոխվում և, ըստ տրամաբանության, նրանց հետ անհրաժեշտ աշխատանք է տարվում, բոլոր հարցերը համապատասխան ժամանակահատվածում շտկվում են, ինչից հետո վերոնշյալ զինծառայողները վերադարձվում են իրենց ծառայության վայրեր:

Սակայն, ոչ միայն տեղում անհրաժեշտ աշխատանք չի տարվել, այլ կարգապահական վաշտում տեղի է ունեցել աննախադեպ միջադեպ:

Դժվար է մտաբերել, թե այս ողբերգությունից առաջ, արդյո՞ք ՌՈ-ում երբևէ նման դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել, թե՞ ոչ: Ես ինքս չեմ մտաբերում: Եթե նման բան նույնիսկ արձանագրվել է, ապա անհիշելի ժամանակներում:

Միջադեպի պատճառները հուսով եմ՝ կպարզվեն, սակայն պարզ չէ, թե ինչու մինչև հիմա իր պաշտոնում է Ռազմական ոստիկանության պետը:

Կրկնում եմ՝ կարգապահական վաշտում նմանը չունեցող դեպք է տեղի ունեցել, սակայն ՌՈ պետը դեռ պաշտոնավարում է ու որևէ մեկը դեռ պատասխան չի տվել, թե ինչպես է ստացվել, որ խիստ վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող անձը, ըստ պաշտոնական վարկածի, հնարավորություն է ունեցել ինքնասպան լինել:

Ինչո՞ւ է այդ զինծառայողը նման բարոյահոգեբանական վիճակում գտնվել, ինչո՞ւ չի վերահսկվել, ովքեր են պատասխանատու նրան այդ վիճակին հասցնելու համար: Ու ի վերջո, ո՞ւմ հանցավոր անգործության պայմաններում է զինծառայողն ինքնասպան եղել»,-գրել է նա:
