ԵՄ-ն զարմացած է Հայաստանի իշխանությունների պահվածքից

Եվրամիությունն ահազանգ է հնչեցնում, որ պաշտոնական Երևանը դեռ չի հստակեցրել հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին ԵՄ դիտորդական առաքելության երկարաձգման հարցը։ Եվրամիության դեսպան Վասիլիս Մարագոսն օրերս նշել է, թե հայտնի չէ՝ առաքելության ժամկետի ավարտից հետո ավելի քան 200 քաղաքացիական դիտորդները կշարունակե՞ն մնալ այստեղ, թե՞ ոչ։ «Առաքելության երկարացման մասին որոշումը դեռ վերջնականացված չէ, բայց մենք աշխատում ենք այդ հարցի շուրջ։ Այն Հայաստանի իշխանությունների հետ քննարկման փուլում է», - ասել է Հայաստանում ԵՄ դեսպանը:

Տևական ժամանակ Ադրբեջանն ու Ռուսաստանը դժգոհություն են հայտնում ԵՄ դիտորդների աշխատանքից, Երևանից էլ արձագանքում էին, թե դիտորդների շնորհիվ նվազել են ադրբեջանական սադրանքները, նաև ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածք ներխուժման նոր դեպքեր չեն գրանցվել։ Այդ բոլոր հայտարարություններից հետո տրամաբանական կլիներ, որ պաշտոնական Երևանը դիմեր դիտորդական առաքելության երկարաձգման համար, բայց...

Վերջին շրջանում ակնհայտ է, որ ՀՀ իշխանությունները վերցրել են դեպի Ռուսաստան շրջադարձ կատարելու քաղաքականություն, փորձում են նորից բարելավել հարաբերությունները Մոսկվայի հետ։ Ստրասբուրգում մտավախություն ունեն, որ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը կարող է կրկին քաշել Արևմուտքին, նորից թռչել Ռուսաստանի գիրկը։

Դիտորդների տեղակայմանը դեմ է նաև Ադրբեջանը։ Չի բացառվում, որ Բաքվից էլ պահանջ է հնչել չերկարացնել դիտորդական առաքելության մանդատը, և խամաճիկ վարչախումբը որոշել է կատարել այդ պահանջը։ Ի վերջո, օրեր առաջ ադրբեջանցի բլոգերները գաղտնազերծել էին խաղաղության պահմանագրի չհրապարակված կետերը, որոնցից մեկն էլ վերաբերում էր ԵՄ դիտորդական առաքելությունը հետ կանչելուն։

Իհարկե, ԵՄ նկատմամբ նման պահվածքը կարող է այժմ էլ խնդիրներ հարուցել Արևմուտքում, և Հայաստանը, իր ապաշնորհ կառավարիչների ձեռամբ ընդհանրապես կզրկվի բոլոր տեսակի դաշնակիցներից։ Միգուցե, հենց սա է Փաշինյանի ցանկությունը։
