ՆԳ և ՏԿԵ նախարարների նաշանակումն անակնկալ է եղել ՔՊ-ի համար

Նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանը երեկ հրամանագիր է ստորագրել ներքին գործերի փոխնախարար Արփինե Սարգսյանին նախարար նշանակելու մասին։ Որ ՆԳ նախարարի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնելու է Արփինե Սարգսյանը, երեկ առավոտյան հայտնել էր ինքը՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։ Ավելի ուշ նա նաև հայտնեց, թե Տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար է նշանակվելու Արմավիրի Մարզպետ Դավիթ Խուդաթյանը։

«Քաղպայմանագրում» Խուդաթյանի մասով վերապահումներ չկան, նա հին քպական է, բայց կարողացել է իր բռում հավաքել Արմավիրի մարզը, բավական հաջող ցուցանիշներ ունի, ինչպես նաև հեղինակություն սեփական կուսակցության մեջ։ Այդուհանդերձ, ՔՊ-ում որևէ մեկը տեղյակ չի եղել, որ Խուդաթյանն է դառնալու ՏԿԵ նախարար։ Շրջանառվող անունների մեջ ամենահավանականը համարվում էր Տավուշի մարզպետ, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի խնամի Հայկ Ղալումյանի թեկնածությունը։ Նշում էին, թե մարզպետի պաշտոնում էլ պաշտոնազրկված Վահե Ղազարյանին կնշանակեն։

Փաշինյանը ՏԿԵ նախարարի պաշտոնում Խուդաթյանի առաջադրումը միանձնյա է որոշել՝ առանց կուսակցության վարչության հետ քննարկելու։ Ընդ որում, ՔՊ վարչության նիստի հենց հաջորդ առավոտյան, իսկ նիստում թեկնածություն չի էլ քննարկվել։ Միանձնյա որոշում է կայացրել նաև ՆԳ նախարարի մասով։ Իսկ դա տարակուսանք է առաջացրել վարչությունում, որտեղ շաբաթներ շարունակ արդարադատության նախարարի թեկնածություն էին քննարկում։

ՔՊ-ում Արփինե Սարգսյանին բոլորովին չեն վստահում։ Նա ավելի շուտ միջազգային կառույցների թեկնածուն է, ինտենսիվորեն աշխատում է տարբեր կառույցների հետ։ ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, նրա նաշանակումը կուսակցությունում ընդունել են խուլ դժգոհությամբ, բայց այդ մասին վախենում են ասել վարչապետին, որպեսզի իրենք էլ սմս-հաղորդագրություն չստանան։
