Ի հակադրություն այս վարչախմբի պարտվողական օրակարգի` Հայաստանն ունի հստակ այլընտրանք:
Դա սեփական պաշտպանական կարողությունների արագ վերականգնումն է։ Փաշինյանի թեթև ձեռքով հայկական զինուժի առավել մարտունակ մասը՝ Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակը, ավելի քան մեկ տարի առաջ զինաթափվեց, սակայն նրա մարտիկների ճնշող մեծամասնությունը կարողացավ համեմատաբար անվնաս տեղափոխվել Հայաստան։

Նրանց ընդամենը 20% է այսօր ծառայության մեջ, և պատճառը հստակ քաղաքական է՝ այս իշխանությունը չի ցանկանում արցախցիներին տեսնել բանակում։
Նրանք, սակայն, մեր ամենափորձառու մարտիկներն են` իրական պատերազմներ տեսած, թշնամուն մեծ կորուստներ պատճառած: Նրանք պետք է ծառայության վերադառնան հայկական բանակ, համալրեն նրա շարքերը։
Նույնկերպ` Փաշինյանի թշնամական կառավարման արդյունքում մեր ռազմարդյունաբերությունը մի քանի տարով ետ է ընկել, նոր-նոր սկսում են առաջին իրական մատակարարումները, այնինչ դրանք մեկ տարի առաջ կարող էին տեղի ունենալ:
Այսօր մեր բանակն առնվազն կարող էր վերազինված լինել մեծ թվով ԱԹՍ-ներով, որոնք, վերջին պատերազմների փորձով, դարձել են մարտական գործողությունների հիմնական գործիք։
