ԱԺ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Հովիկ Աղազարյանին սեփական հիփոթեքն ավելի շատ է մտահոգում, քան կուսակցության ղեկավարի ուղիղ հրահանգը։ Հանրայինի եթերում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երեկ հայտարարեց, թե խնդրել է ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Հովիկ Աղազարյանին վայր դնել մանդատը։ Նշելով, որ այստեղ խնդիրը համակարգային բնույթ ունի, այլ ոչ թե անձնական, Փաշինյանը խոստովանել է, որ պաշտոնանկությունների համատեքստի հետ ուղիղ կապ ունեն մի շարք իրադարձություններ, որոնք հրապարակային են եղել, այդ թվում՝ խորհրդարանական լսումների ընթացքում։ «Անթույլատրելի է այն, ինչ տեղի ունեցավ խորհրդարանում։ Մեր ինստիտուտների պահպանության առումով ճիշտ չէր լինի այս ամենն անարձագանք թողնել։ Այստեղ խնդիրն անձնավորված չէ, խնդիրը համակարգային է»,- նշել էր Փաշինյանը։

Հոկտեմբերի 15-ին Ազգային ժողովում վիճել էին Քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Արգիշտի Քյարամյանն ու պատգամավոր Հովիկ Աղազարյանը, պատգամավոր Նարեկ Զեյնալյանն էլ ամբիոնից հայտարարել էր, թե անընդունելի է պատգամավորների հետ ոչ հարգալից տոնով և շարժումներով խոսելը։

Փաշինյանը կիրակի «հորդորել» էր նշված երեք անձանց հրաժարական տալու։ Քյարամյանը հրաժարական տվեց, Զեյնալյանը հրաժարվեց մանդատից։ Հարցին, թե արդյոք Հովիկ Աղազարյանը մերժել է վարչապետի խնդրանքը, Փաշինյանը պատասխանել էր. «Դե հիմա տեսնում եք, որ այն, ինչ քիչ առաջ ասում էի, տեսական պնդում չէ, նաև գործնական իրագործում կա։ Բայց ես հույս ունեմ, որ իմ խնդրանքն անարձագանք չի մնա»։

Փաշինյանի հույսերը, ըստ ամենայնի, մնալու են անարձագանք։ Մեր տեղեկություններով, Աղազարյանը հայտարարելու է, թե վայր չի դնի մանդատը, հեռանալու է խմբակցությունից և դառնալու է անկախ պատգամավոր։ Հիփոթեքի հարց կա, վերջիվերջո։
