Եթե ՀԱՊԿ-ի մասով Երևանի քաղաքականությունը «հետևողական» է, ապա երեկ տարածված մեկ այլ տեղեկատվություն խորհելու առիթ է տալիս:
Եվրասիական տնտեսական բարձրագույն խորհրդի նիստը ԵԱՏՄ-ում նախագահող Հայաստանի խնդրանքով տեղի կունենա Ռուսաստանի տարածքում՝ Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում: Ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ այս մասին հայտնել է ՌԴ նախագահի օգնական Յուրի Ուշակովը:
Նիստն, ի դեպ, վարելու է Փաշինյանը ու այդ դեպքում հարցեր են առաջանում, թե ինչո՞ւ է այն տեղափոխվում Սանկտ Պետերբուրգ:
Արդյո՞ք հայկական կողմը Պուտինին անվտանգության երաշխիքներ չի տվել՝ Հռոմի ստատուտը վավերացնելու հետևանքով, ու Ռուսաստանի նախագահը հրաժարվել է Երևան գալ, թե՞ Երևանն ինքը չի ուզեցել խնդիրներ ունենալ Միջազգային քրեական դատարանի հետ և Պուտինին խնդրել է՝ նիստը տեղափոխել Ռուսաստան:
Դժվար է միանշանակ պատասխաններ տալ այս հարցերին, բայց փաստ է, որ հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններում ճգնաժամը շարունակվում է:
