Աստանայում Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության գագաթնաժողովում ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հայտարարությունը հակառուսական նոր տրամադրություններ կարող է հարուցել Հայաստանում, և լիովին օբյեկտիվորեն։

Հայաստանի հանդեպ ոչ մի արտաքին ագրեսիա տեղի չի ունեցել, այսօր Աստանայում մամլո ասուլիսի ժամանակ հայտարարել է Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը՝ այդ կերպ բացատրելով ՀԱՊԿ-ի կողմից չմիջամտելը, բացառապես անդրադառնալով Ղարաբաղի դեմ հարձակմանը և անտեսելով 2020-ից հետո Ադրբեջանի հարձակումները Հայաստանի դեմ։

«Այն, ինչ տեղի է ունեցել, ՀԱՊԿ-ի հետ ոչ մի առնչություն չունի, քանի որ Հայաստանի հանդեպ ոչ մի արտաքին ագրեսիա տեղի չի ունեցել։ ՀԱՊԿ-ը կոչված է երկրներն արտաքին ագրեսիայից պաշտպանելու։ Սակայն Հայաստանը Ղարաբաղի անկախությունը չէր ճանաչել, առավել ևս՝ Ղարաբաղն իր երկրի տարածքում չէր ներառել, ու հետևաբար հավակնությունները, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ը պետք է այդ անկլավի տարածքում կռվեր, տարօրինակ են», - ասել է Պուտինը՝ հավելելով. - «Բայց ամեն դեպքում դա շատ զգայուն հարց է, կողքից ավելի հեշտ է գնահատականներ տալը, իսկ ներսում միշտ ամեն ինչ ավելի բարդ է»:

ՌԴ նախագահը, իհարկե, չի ուզում հիշել ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքի վրա կատարված հարձակումները, ՀՀ դիմումը ՀԱՊԿ-ին և ստացած մերժումը։ Միայն դրանից հետո ՀՀ գործող իշխանությունները կասեցրին անդամակցությունը, 2022 թ. նոյեմբերին հրաժարվեցին ստորագրել ՀԱՊԿ ամփոփիչ հռչակագիրը և հրաժարվում են մասնակցել կառույցի աշխատանքներին։

Հայտնի չէ՝ ՌԴ նախագահը միտումնավո՞ր է սրում իրավիճակը, թե՞ նրան ապակողմնորոշել են, բայց ՌԴ վերջին շրջանի հայտարարությունները դուրս են տրամաբանությունից։ Կամ էլ Մոսկվան սադրում է Երևանին՝ ՀԱՊԿ-ից դուրս գալու մասին հայտարարելու, Ռուսաստանի ձեռքերը Հայաստանի մասով ազատ արձակելու համար։
