Տեղի ունեցողն աշխարհաքաղաքական կենտրոնների ազդեցության պայքարից բացի, Իրանի դեմ իրականացվող արշավ է և որպես հետևանք կարող է բերել նրան, որ մի փուլում, ուղիղ առճակատում լինի Իրանի հետ:
Այս ծայրահեղ վտանգավոր զարգացումներն ուղղակի և անուղղակի ազդեցություն են ունենալու նաև Հարավային Կովկասի վրա, իսկ մեր դեպքում այն առավել ծանր բնույթ կարող է կրել ՀՀ իշխանության անհավասարակշիռ արտաքին քաղաքականության և կառավարման համակարգի անարդյունավետության պայմաններում»:
