Վերջին շաբաթներին թե՛ հայ, թե՛ օտարերկրյա փորձագետները տարօրինակ դրսևորումներ էին նկատել վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հռետորաբանության մեջ։ Մասնավորապես, արձանագրվում էր, որ արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտորը փոխելու Փաշինյանի քայլերին հանկարծակի փոխարինել է բուռն սերը Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ։ Շատերը նաև կարծիք էին հայտնում, որ այս ընդգծված ռուսասիրությունը երկար ձգվել չի կարող, ինչ-որ պահի Արևմուտքը Փաշինյանին ցույց կտա իր տեղը՝ հրահանգելով զբաղվել իրեն վերապահված միակ գործառույթով՝ հակառուսական տրամադրություններ բորբոքելով։

Երեկ խորհրդարանում՝ կառավարության հետ հարցուպատասխանին Փաշինյանին հաջողվեց, իհարկե, կուսակիցներին նախապես տրված հարցադրումներով, լիուլի արտահայտել իր սերն առ Արևմուտք, նոր քարեր նետել հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների ուղղությամբ։ Արձագանքելով ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի առաջարկին, թե ՀԱՊԿ դռները բաց են Հայաստանի առջև, Փաշինյանն ասել է. «Ըստ էության, մենք մեզ արդեն իսկ համարում ենք ՀԱՊԿ-ից դուրս, և իրենք ինչ ուզում են թող որոշեն»։ Ավելին, ըստ Փաշինյանի, անդառնալիության կետն արդեն անցել են։

Անդրադառնալով ՀԱՊԿ աշխատանքներին Հայաստանին մասնակցության սառեցմանը, վարչապետը հայտարարեց՝ Հայաստանն ինքն իրեն արդեն համարում է ՀԱՊԿ-ից դուրս, և կազմակերպությունում ինչ ուզում են թող որոշեն. - «Այդ թվում էս իրադրությունների տարբերությունը և դրա արդեն հրապարակային փոխադարձ արտահայտումն արդեն ավելի ու ավելի դժվար, եթե չասենք՝ անհնար է դարձնում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վերադարձը ՀԱՊԿ, և ես կարծում եմ, որ մենք էդտեղ անդառնալիության կետն ըստ էության անցել ենք»:

Մեկ այլ դրվագով էլ նա հայտարարել է, թե աննպատակահարմար է համարել ԵԱՏՄ գագաթնաժողովի անցկացումը Հայաստանում: «Կարող եմ ասել՝ ինչու: Որովհետև ցավոք, ձեզ հայտնի հանգամանքների բերումով ԵԱՏՄ բարձրագույն տնտեսական խորհրդի ոչ բոլոր անդամներն են, որ ցանկալի են Հայաստանի համար»,-ասել է նա:

Փաստացի, այս հայտարարություններով, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կրկին մեսիջ է ուղարկում Արևմուտք, որ անմռունչ կատարում է բոլոր հանձնարարությունները, և հարկավոր չէ դիպչել իրեն։
