ՀՀ իշխանությունը պայքարում է նրանց դեմ, ովքեր բարձրաձայնում են Արցախի հարցը, խոսում վերադարձի իրավունքից

Նախորդ տարվա սեպտեմբերյան իրադարձությունների պատճառով տունն ու ունեցվածքը հարկադրաբար Արցախում թողած Նարինե Ավանեսյանի ընտանիքը ժամանակավոր ապաստանել է Արմավիրի մարզի գյուղերից մեկում։ Ժամանակավոր, քանի որ նա ստիպված է այս անգամ էլ թողնել Հայաստանը, բախտը փորձել օտար ափերում։ 

«Ցանկացած աշխատանք, որը տեղավորվում է բարոյականության տրամաբանության մեջ՝ ամաչելու չէ։ Բայց դա էլ չկա։ Ուսուցչությունից հետո մաքրուհի աշխատելն էլ ամոթ չէ, սակայն, երբ հիմնական աշխատանք չկա, կանգնել ենք երկընտրանքի առաջ․ մինչև ե՞րբ պետք է աշխատենք միայն ուտելու համար, եկամուտն ու պետության կողմից տրվող աջակցությունը հազիվ հերիքում է բնակվարձը և կոմունալները վճարելու համար։ 6 տղա երեխա պահելը հեշտ չէ։ Հայաստանում լավ է, հայկական միջավայրում ենք, բայց ի՞նչ ենք անելու գարնանը, երբ այլևս աջակցության ծրագիրը դադարի գործել»,-MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Նարինեն։

Ավանեսյաններին իրենց բարեկամները տեղահանությունից անմիջապես հետո հրավիրել են Ռուսաստան, սակայն, Նարինեի խոսքով՝ չեն գնացել, քանի դեռ Արցախ վերադարձի հույսը չէր մարել։ 

«Հայաստանի իշխանությունները օրակարգից հանել են Արցախի հարցը, որպես լիազոր մարմին ոչ միայն չեն իրացնում 25 հազար ընտանիքի վերադարձի իրավունքը, այլև ամեն կերպ խոչընդոտում են  այն իրավապաշտպանների աշխատանքը, որոնք խոսում են դրա մասին։ Մենք մի ամբողջ կյանք աշխատել ենք, տուն կառուցել, բազմազավակ ընտանիք ենք, ուզում էինք մեր երեխաներին գոնե տնով ապահովվել։ Հիմա զրոյից պետք է ստեղծենք, այն դեպքում, երբ ամբողջությամբ տապալվել են բնակապահովման ծրագիրը և հաջորդ տարվանից փակվում է դրամական աջակցության ծրագիրը։ Ցավով եմ ասում, բայց ստիպված ենք հեռանալ»,-ասաց նա։ 

Հիշեցնենք, որ այս հարցին օրերս անդրադարձել է նաև արցախցի հասարակական գործիչ Արթուր Օսիպյանը։ Նա գրել է, որ Արցախի ներկայացուցիչները փորձում են մեկնել Եվրոպա որպեսզի բարձրաձայնեն 150 000-ից ավելի տեղահանված անձանց  իրավունքների մասին, որոշել նրանց ճակատագիրը, սակայն, ՀՀ կառավարությունը խոչընդոտում է նրանց ազատ տեղաշարժի իրավունքը`արգելելով նրանց ելքը ՀՀ-ից.

"Սա ուղղակի սպառնալիք է բռնի տեղահանված արցախցիների համար։ Իշխանությունը պայքարում է նրանց դեմ, ովքեր կբարձրաձայնեն Արցախի հարցը»,-գրել էր նա։
