Մսավաճառների դեմ տեռոր են իրականացնում

Երեկ ԳՈՒՄ-ի շուկայում թեժ է եղել։ Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմինը ստուգումներ է իրականացրել, մեկ տոննայից ավելի միս առգրավելու որոշում է կայացրել։ Մսավաճառների և տեսուչների միջև բախումներից հետո դեպքի վայր ոստիկաններ են բերվել, որոնք ուժով, դաժանաբար ծեծելով 8 մսավաճառի տեղափոխել են ոստիկանություն։ Բանը հասել է նրան, որ մսավաճառներից մեկն անգամ ինքնահրկիզման փորձ է արել, բարեբախտաբար, անհաջող։

Մսի առգրավման պաշտոնական պատճառն այն է, որ շուկայում վաճառվող միսը սպանդանոցային մորթ չի անցել, չունի համապատասխան փաստաթղթավորում։ Դրա մեղավորն ամենևին էլ մսավաճառները չեն, այլ գործող իշխանությունների հերթական կիսատ-պռատ բարեփոխումը, որի արդյունքում սպանդանոցների բավարար քանակություն չկան մարզերում, եղածներն էլ բավարար կերպով չեն աշխատում՝ բավարարելու մսավաճառների կարիքները։ Եվ իշխանությունը, չկարողանալով ապահովել իր իսկ բարեփոխման կատարումը, ընկել է օրվա հաց վաստակող մարդկանց ետևից։

Շատ դեպքերում, իհարկե, իշխանություններն աչք են փակում առանց փաստաթղթի մսի վաճառքի վրա։ Մեր տեղեկություններով, ԳՈՒՄ-ի մսավաճառների դեմ արշավանքը բոլորովին էլ պատահական չի եղել։ Իշխանության հետ փոխկապակցված որոշ գործարարներ մսի մեծ քանակություն են ներմուծել Հայաստան և որոշել են ձեռքի հետ ազատվել մրցակիցներից ու տեղական մսից՝ ավելացնելով իրենց ներմուծածի վաճառքի ծավալները։
