Ո՞վ է Հնդկաստանին խնդրել զենք վաճառել Ադրբեջանին

Հնդկական լրատվամիջոցները հայտնել են, թե Հայաստանի հետ շարունակվող հակամարտության պայմաններում Ադրբեջանը երրորդ երկրի միջոցով հասկացրել է, որ ցանկանում է զենք գնել Հնդկաստանից։ Սակայն խնդրանքը, որը եկել էր շատ բարեկամ երկրի միջոցով, Հնդկաստանն անտեսել է։ Նյու Դելին բարեկամ պետությանը հասկացրել է, որ Հնդկաստանն ինքնուրույն է որոշելու իր երկկողմ հարաբերություններն ու առաջնահերթությունները և չի ցանկանում, որ որևէ այլ երկիր միջնորդի դեր խաղա:
Իրավիճակին ծանոթ աղբյուրները նշում են, որ Բաքուն երբեք ուղղակիորեն այդ հարցը չի բարձրացրել Նյու Դելիի հետ: Փոխարենը Հնդկաստանին դիմել է երրորդ երկիրը՝ հայտարարելով, որ եթե Նյու Դելին ցանկանում է արտահանել իր զենքը և երկարաժամկետ գործընկեր է փնտրում, կարող է հայացքը դարձնել դեպի Ադրբեջան։ Իրավիճակին ծանոթ աղբյուրները նշում են, որ Ադրբեջանը պատրաստ է ռազմական համաձայնագրեր կնքել։
Հնդկական լրատվամիջոցներն այդ բարեկամ պետության անունը չեն հայտնում, բայց փորձագետների մի մեծ խումբ կարծում է, թե առաջարկը հնչել է Ռուսաստանից, որը բավական լայն ռազմաքաղաքական կապեր ունի Նյու Դելիի հետ։ Մոսկովյան մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, առաջարկը եղել է ոչ պաշտոնապես, ընդ որում, ոչ Կրեմլի ուղղորդմամբ։ Ադրբեջանը ռուսական պետական շրջանակներում աջակիցների մեծ բազմություն ունի, և Հնդկաստանին առաջարկն արվել է ԱԳՆ և Արտաքին հետախուզական ծառայության խողովակներով։
Հենց այս երկու կառույցներն են, որ ոչ միայն ձախողել են Հարավային Կովկասի ուղղությունը՝ հանգեցնելով հակառուսական տրամադրությունների կտրուկ աճ Հայաստանում։ Սերգեյ Լավրովն ու Սերգեյ Նարիշկինը կարծես, աշխատում են Մոսկվայի շահերի դեմ՝ թելելով Բաքվի թելը։ Կունենա՞ն նրանք խնդիրներ Կրեմլում, թե՞ ոչ, ցույց կտա ժամանակը։
