Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններն Արցախի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության դեմ քրեական գործն ուղարկել են դատարան։ Գործում ներգրավված է 15 անձ, որոնցից 8-ը Արցախի նախկին պաշտոնյաներն ու զինվորականներն են։ Նրանք, ըստ գործի նյութերի, մեղադրվում են «Հայաստանի կողմից օկուպացված Ադրբեջանի տարածքներում Հայաստանի անմիջական և համակողմանի աջակցությամբ անօրինական զինված կազմավորումներ ստեղծելու», «Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության և նրա ժողովրդի դեմ ագրեսիայի, օկուպացիայի, ցեղասպանության, խաղաղության և մարդկության դեմ այլ հանցագործությունների, պատերազմական հանցագործություններ, ահաբեկչության և ահաբեկչության ֆինանսավորման և շատ այլ հանցագործությունների մեջ»:

Ադրբեջանի գլխավոր դատախազության հաղորդագրության մեջ աչք է ծակում ՀՀ իշխանություններին արված կոչը՝ համագործակցել Ադրբեջանի դատախազության հետ։ «Առաջնորդվելով լուրջ հիմքերով, որոնց համաձայն քննության ընթացքում արծարծված դրվագներում որպես կասկածյալ կամ վկա անցնող անձանցից շատերն այժմ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքում են, Ադրբեջանի գլխավոր դատախազությունը հայաստանյան համապատասխան կառույցներին հրավիրում է համագործակցության», - նշված է ադրբեջանական գերատեսչության հայտարարության մեջ։

Հասկանալով, որ ռազմագերիների հարցը Հայաստանում առանձնակի զգայուն նշանակություն ունի՝ Բաքուն պարզապես ծաղրում է ՀՀ իշխանություններին՝ համագործակցության հրավիրելով, նաև ակնարկելով, թե ով է ամենաշատը շահագրգիռ, որ Արցախի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությունը պահվի ադրբեջանական բանտերում։
