«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Օրեր առաջ տեղեկացրել էինք, որ Ռուսաստանում Հայաստանի նորանշանակ դեսպան Գուրգեն Արսենյանը ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ին է փոխանցել ռուսաստանաբնակ հայերի, այսպես կոչված, «սև ցուցակ», որոնց մուտքը Հայաստան առաջարկվում է արգելել։ Նշել էինք, որ, մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, ցուցակում ավելի քան 550 անուն կա՝ լրագրողներ, մշակույթի գործիչներ, քաղաքագետներ, Ռուսաստանի հայերի միության ներկայացուցիչներ և այլն։
 
Այս տեղեկությունը ոչ միայն չէր հերքվել, այլև ընդամենը մի քանի օր անց իշխանություններն արգելել էին ռուսաստանցի հայազգի քաղաքագետ Անդրանիկ Միհրանյանի մուտքը Հայաստան, որը ժամանել էր ծնողների գերեզմանին այցի: Այս հանգամանքը Ռուսաստանից շտապեցին գնահատել որպես «բացարձակապես ոչ բարեկամական քայլ պաշտոնական Երևանի կողմից»: Թե որքանով էր այս արգելքը կապված մեր նշած ցուցակի հետ, ժամանակը ցույց կտա, սակայն փաստ է, որ իշխանամերձ «արևմտյան»՝ այսպես կոչված՝ «սորոսական» շրջանակները էյֆորիայի մեջ էին Միհրանյանին Հայաստան չթողնելու փաստից: Ավելին, «քաղհասարակության»՝ իշխանության շահերը սպասարկող մի քանի ներկայացուցիչներ և ՔՊ-ին կից որոշ մինի-կուսակցությունների ղեկավարներ այնքան են ոգևորվել, որ նույնիսկ սկսել են տարբեր անուններ շրջանառել, չի բացառվում՝ հենց վերը նշված ցուցակից:
 
Ի մասնավորի, նրանցից մեկը երեկ հայտարարել էր, թե պետք է արգելվի նաև Ռուսաստանի հայերի միության նախագահ Արա Աբրահամյանի մուտքը Հայաստան: Կա տեսակետ, որ այսպիսով իշխանությունները համապատասխան տեղեկատվական ֆոն են ապահովում:
