«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարությունը հանրային քննարկման է ներկայացրել «Հայաստանում մասնավոր թատրոնների աջակցության ծրագիր հաստատելու մասին» նախագիծը: Ծրագրի կիրարկմամբ առաջարկվում է կանոնակարգել Հայաստանում մասնավոր թատրոնների և թատերախմբերի գործունեությունը՝ բարենպաստ և հավասար մրցակցային միջավայր ձևավորելով վերջիններիս համար։
 
Հայաստանում մասնավոր թատրոնների աջակցության ծրագրի շահառուներն են Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում գործող և պետության կամ համայնքների կողմից չստեղծված նորարարական և փորձարարական թատերական գործունեություն ծավալող իրավաբանական անձինք և անհատ ձեռներեցները։ Նախագծով առաջարկվում է աջակցություն տրամադրել մասնավոր թատրոններին։ Այդ աջակցությունը կարող է լինել ինչպես ֆինանսական, այնպես էլ թատերական ենթակառուցվածքների՝ ազատ բեմական տարածքների, փորձատեղերի և այլ բաղադրիչների տրամադրման ձևաչափով։ Ծրագրի շահառուները կարող են նաև մասնակցել պետության կողմից իրականացվող կարողությունների զարգացման ծրագրերի, մրցութային դրամաշնորհների, ներգրավվել պետական միջոցառումներում, դառնալ «Բաժանորդային ծրագրի» մասնակիցներ և այլն:
 
Որոշմամբ կանոնակարգվում են ծրագրին դիմելու ժամկետները, ներկայացվող փաստաթղթերի ցանկը: Ծրագրի շահառուները աջակցություն կարող են ստանալ տարվա ընթացքում մեկ անգամ։ Այդ նպատակով նրանք պետք է համապատասխան դիմում ներկայացնեն լիազոր մարմին՝ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարություն։ Պետական աջակցություն ստանալու կարևոր և անհրաժեշտ պայմաններից է թատերական գործունեություն ծավալող կազմակերպության կողմից ներկայացված ծրագիրը, որտեղ հստակ պետք է նշված լինեն թատերախմբի և/ կամ մասնավոր թատրոնի խաղացանկը, ոչ ֆինանսական/թիրախային ցուցանիշները՝ տարեկան ներկայացումների, հանդիսատեսի քանակը, թատերական քննադատների վերլուծական հոդվածները, միջազգային փառատոներին մասնակցությունը և այլն։
 
Նախատեսվում է ծրագիրն իրականացնել 2025 թավականին։ Հաջորդ տարի ծրագրի ֆինանսավորումը կարող է իրականացվել ԿԳՄՍՆ-ին հատկացված միջոցների շրջանակներում՝ չառաջացնելով բյուջետային ծախսերի ավելացում, իսկ 2026 թ. այդ ծախսերը կներառվեն նախարարության միջնաժամկետ ծախսային ծրագրում։
