Արյան մեջ հեմոգլոբինի մակարդակի մոնիտորինգը կարևոր է առողջության պահպանման համար, հայտարարել է ընդհանուր պրակտիկանտ Սվետլանա Բուրնացկայան։
Հեմոգլոբինը պատասխանատու է բջիջներին թթվածնի մատակարարման և ածխաթթու գազի հեռացման համար, այդ իսկ պատճառով կարևոր է, որ դրա պարունակությունը արյան մեջ բավարար լինի։ Բժիշկ Բուրնացկայան ասել է, որ ամենից հաճախ հեմոգլոբինի ցածր մակարդակը վկայում է անեմիայի առկայության մասին՝ դեֆիցիտի պայման, որը կարող է պայմանավորված լինել երկաթի կամ վիտամինների պակասով, ինչպես նաև քրոնիկ հիվանդություններով և գենետիկական խանգարումներով:
Մասնավորապես, անեմիա և ցածր հեմոգլոբին նկատվում են երիկամների, լյարդի, թոքերի հիվանդությունների կամ արյան կորստով ուղեկցվող պաթոլոգիաների դեպքում (օրինակ՝ աղիքային քաղցկեղ), զգուշացրել է Սվետլանա Բուրնացկայան։
Բժիշկը նշել է, որ պոտենցիալ վտանգավոր ախտանիշ է ոչ միայն ցածր, այլև հեմոգլոբինի բարձր մակարդակը, որը կարող է վկայել նաև օրգանիզմում դիսֆունկցիոնալ պրոցեսների և հիվանդության նկատմամբ մարդու հակվածության մասին։
«Հեմոգլոբինի մակարդակի բարձրացումն առաջանում է այնպիսի հիվանդությունների դեպքում, ինչպիսին է պոլիցիտեմիան, և կարող է հանգեցնել արյան մակարդման և սրտի և թոքերի ծանրաբեռնվածության բարձրացման ռիսկին», - ասել է թերապևտը «Իզվեստիային»:
