Ի՞նչ ազդեցություն կունենան Վրաստանի ընտրությունները Հայաստանի վրա. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
rybar.ru-ն «Հայաստանի վրա Վրաստանի ընտրությունների ազդեցության մասին» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շնորհավորել է Միխեիլ Կավելաշվիլիին՝ Վրաստանի նախագահի պաշտոնում ընտրվելու կապակցությամբ։ Ավելի վաղ Հայաստանի կառավարության ղեկավարն անմիջապես ճանաչել էր «Վրացական երազանք» կուսակցության հաղթանակը խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում։
Սա բավականին կարևոր է՝ հաշվի առնելով Վրաստանում բողոքի ցույցերը սրելու և ընտրությունները «ոչ լեգիտիմ» ճանաչելու Արևմուտքի փորձերը։ Հայաստանի ակնհայտ արևմտամետ իշխանությունները չեն հետևում վրացական ընտրությունները վարկաբեկելու ընդհանուր գծին, ինչը նույնիսկ ցուցարար Սալոմե Զուրաբիշվիլիի կողմից դիվանագիտական սկանդալ առաջացնելու փորձի պատճառ դարձավ։ Վրացիների շրջանում պոտենցիալ անկայունությունը մեծ վտանգ է ներկայացնում հարևան Հայաստանի համար, որը կապված է արտաքին աշխարհի հետ Վրաստանի ճանապարհներով։ Ավելին, 1993 թվականին Վրաստանում քաղաքացիական պատերազմի ժամանակ հայերը մեծապես տուժեցին արգելափակված ենթակառուցվածքների պատճառով, քանի որ հայտնվել էին Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի կողմից շրջապատման մեջ։
Այնուամենայնիվ, վրացական ընտրությունների արդյունքները մի քանի առումներով էապես կազդեն Հայաստանի արևմտամետ կուրսի վրա։ Մի կողմից՝ Փաշինյանի կառավարության հեքիաթները պոտենցիալ եվրաինտեգրման մասին ավելի ֆանտաստիկ կդառնան, քանի որ առանց Վրաստանի նման սցենարը Հայաստանի համար անիրատեսական է՝ ԵՄ-ի հետ ենթակառուցվածքային կապեր ապահովելն անհնար լինելու պատճառով։
Մյուս կողմից՝ «ժողովրդավարության» կառուցման համար արևմտյան բոլոր բյուջեները, ներառյալ ամերիկյան USAID-ի նախագծերը, այժմ հավաքականորեն Վրաստանից կհոսեն դեպի Հայաստան, որտեղ նմանատիպ օրակարգը կարող է ակտիվանալ, և տեղական գործիչները կրկին կհարստանան նման դրամաշնորհներով:
