Դեռեւս 2022-ին էր Սերժ Սարգսյանը պնդել է,որ Փաշինյանը հրապարակի նախկինում բանակցված փաստաթուղթը․ անցել է 2,5 տարի, բայց Փաշինյանն այրդպես էլ որեւէ փաստաթուղթ չի հրապարակել։
Այդ մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է ՀՀԿ խոսնակ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը։
«Դեռեւս 2022-ի ապրիլի 23-ին Սերժ Սարգսյանը պնդել է,որ Փաշինյանը հրապարակի նախկինում բանակցված փաստաթուղթը։
Ազգակործան պատուհաս ու կապիտուլյանտ Փաշինյանը ,ապարդյուն փորձեր կատարելով իր վրայից մաքրել հողատուի պիտակը,նախկին նախագահներին առաջարկել էր մասնակցել բանավեճի։
Նախկին նախագահները հստակ պատասխալել էին նրան՝ ուղարկելով տարբեր տեղեր։
Երկու օր առաջ նախագահ Տեր- Պետրոսյանն առաջարկեց Փաշինյանին հրապարակել Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների կողմից 1994-ից մինչեւ 2019-ը արված պաշտոնական առաջարկներն ու ՀՀ իշխանությունների պաշտոնական պատասխանները։
Դրանից հետո տարբեր գործիչներ ցանկանում են ճշտել նաեւ ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի կարծիքն այս առաջարկի վերաբերյալ։
Հիշեցնեմ,որ դեռեւս 2022-ի ապրիլի 23-ին լրագրողների հարցին ի պատասխան Սերժ Սարգսյանն ասել է.« Բոլոր էդ փաստաթղթերը կան։Դուք պահանջեք Նիկոլ Փաշինյանից,թող հրապարակի,թե 2019-ը թվականին իրեն ի՞նչ են առաջարկել եւ ընդհանրապես իր համար ո՞րն է նշաձողը»։
Անցել է 2,5 տարի,բայց Փաշինյանն այրդպես էլ որեւէ փաստաթուղթ չի հրապարակել։
Փոխարենը ղալմաղալի ու լաչառության ժանրի անկապ ելույթներ է ունենում։
Հրապարակո՞ղ էր,թող հրապարակեր»,- գրել է նա։
