ՌԴ-ում կարգելվի ռուսերենին չտիրապետող միգրանտ երեխաներին դպրոց ընդունել

ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը օրենք է ստորագրել, որով արգելվում է ռուսերեն չիմացող միգրանտ երեխաների ընդգրկումը ռուսական դպրոցներում։ Համապատասխան փաստաթուղթը տեղադրվել է իրավական ակտերի պաշտոնական հրապարակման կայքում։ Այս մասին հայտնում է Ռիա Նովոստին։
Օրենքի հեղինակներն են Պետդումայի նախագահ Վյաչեսլավ Վոլոդինը, Պետդումայի փոխխոսնակ Իրինա Յարովայան, Դումայի առանցքային հանձնաժողովների ղեկավարները և Պետդումայի խմբակցությունների ղեկավարները։
Օրենքի համաձայն, միգրանտ երեխաների ընդգրկումը տարրական ընդհանուր, հիմնական ընդհանուր և միջնակարգ հանրակրթական կրթական ծրագրերին հնարավոր է միայն պետական կամ քաղաքային հանրակրթական կազմակերպությունում ռուսաց լեզվի իմացության անվճար թեստը հաջողությամբ անցնելու պայմանով, բավարար է նշված կրթական ծրագրերը յուրացնելու համար։ Միաժամանակ, թեստավորում չանցած երեխաներին թույլ չեն տա յուրացնել նշված կրթական ծրագրերը։
Օրենքը նաև սահմանում է, որ Ռուսաստանի տարածքում անօրինական գտնվող միգրանտների երեխաները չեն կարող ընդունվել դպրոց:
