«Ադրբեջանի տարածքային պահանջների ու պատերազմի սպառնալիքներին ի պատասխան, ՀՀ կառավարությունը հաստատեց «Եվրոպական Միությանը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անդամակցելու գործընթացի մեկնարկի մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը և այն ուղարկեց ԱԺ»,- գրել է ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը։ 

Ըստ նրա, պրոցեսի ողջ էությունը ոչ այնքան դեպի ԵՄ անդամակցության մեկնարկ տալն է, որովհետև այնտեղ մեզ առանձնապես սպասող էլ չկա, որքան քաղաքական քայլ է` մի կողմից ՌԴ-ից հեռանալու, մյուս կողմից` Արևմուտքին իր նվիրվածությունը ի ցույց դնելու համար:

«Թեման ՌԴ-ի համար այնքան կարևոր է, որ մեկ օրվա ընթացքում 3 հիմնական դեմքեր արձագանքեցին` նախագահի խոսնակը, ՌԴ փոխվարչապետն ու «ծանր հրետանին»` նախկին նախագահ, ներկայումս ԱԽ քարտուղարի առաջին տեղակալ Մեդվեդևը: Արձագանքներ եղավ նաև ՌԴ օրենսդիր մարմնից:

Անկախ նրանից, թե Երևանից թեման ինչպես ներկայացվեց, ՌԴ-ում այն արձանագրեցին, որպես ՌԴ-ի դեմ ուղղված քայլի, ինչպես նաև` ԵԱՏՄ-ից դուրս գալու մեկնարկի: Դեռ չեմ խոսում կոշտ և որակումներ ներառող ձևակերպումների մասին:

ԵԱՏՄ-ից ՀՀ-ի հեռացումը ոչ միայն տնտեսական, այլ քաղաքական լուրջ խնդիրներ է պարունակում և ուղիղ կապվածություն ունի ՀՀ անվտանգության հետ:

Ի դեպ, ՀԱՊԿ-ի, ՌԴ-ի հետ հարաբերություններում ստեղծված ճգնաժամի պարագայում նույնիսկ ՀՀ-ից հայտարարում էին ԵԱՏՄ կարևորության և այնտեղից ստացվող մեծ օգտակարությունից, սակայն Մոսկվայից զգուշացրեցին, որ չեն պատրաստվում այլևս «աչք փակել» եվրոպացիների հետ խորացող «խաղերի» վրա:

Կրկնում եմ` այս գործընթացի տնտեսական ծանր հետևանքների մասին տնտեսագետները դեռ կխոսեն, սակայն սա ուղիղ խոցելիություն է ապահովելու քաղաքական ու անվտանգային տեսանկյունից:

Առանց այն էլ միայնակ, «մերկ», անկյունում քշված Հայաստանի համար սա նոր սպառնալիքներ է բերելու»,- գրել է Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը։
