Министру юстиции Армении пришлось комментировать неудобные вопросы о заявлениях Никола Пашиняна

Министру юстиции Армении Србуи Галян на пресс-конференции 14 января пришлось комментировать неудобные вопросы о заявлениях премьер-министра Никола Пашиняна, сделанные в то или иное время в адрес судебной системы.

В начале пресс-конференции министру был задан вопрос о нашумевшем заявлении премьера касательно «скулящих под стенами судей». Известное выражение Пашинян использовал несколько раз. Заверив, что ничего подобного из уст премьера не слышала, Галян перешла к следующему вопросу.

В середине пресс-конференции журналисты вернулись к этому же вопросу, отыскав соответствующую запись. Галян пришлось комментировать, на сей раз министр апеллировала к контексту, когда это говорилось.

По версии Галян, с тех пор прошло шесть лет (на самом деле премьер повторил эту мысль и позже), и тогда сказанное было актуально и было обусловлено реалиями тех дней.

Министр призвала вспомнить, что в 2018-19 гг именно сфера правосудия вызывала наибольшее недовольство граждан, в то время обсуждались возможности переходного правосудия и веттинга. Галян призвала журналистов послушать и последние заявления премьер-министра, а не руководствоваться тем, что интересно населению в качестве заголовков.

На вопрос о двойных стандартах и снисходительном отношении к агрессивным заявлениям Пашиняна, министр пустилась в рассуждения о размытости границ в правовых определениях и отсутствии адресности заявлений. И конечно, министр не видит никаких признаков необъективного отношения к высказываниям премьера.
