Արարատ Միրզոյանի հետ ՀՀ-ԱՄՆ ռազմավարական գործընկերության մասին փաստաթուղթ ստորագրած ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Բլինքենը ոչ գործընկերային, երեսպաշտական քայլ կատարեց հայ ժողովրդի հանդեպ՝ բացեիբաց կեղծելով իրականությունը՝ հայտարարելով, որ Փաշինյանի ղեկավարմամբ Հայաստանը նշանակալի հաջողություններ է գրանցել ժողովրդավարության ոլորտում․
 
Հայաստանում Spin dictatorship-ի գոյության մասին բնականաբար քաջատեղյակ է ԱՄՆ արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունը․ ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական գործիչների, լրագրողների, առանձին քաղաքացիների հանդեպ քաղաքական հետապնդումներ, անգամ խոշտանգումներ, տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմիններում զրոյական ինքնակառավարում, ճնշումներ, քաղաքական թիմի անդամների նշանակումներ անկախ պետական մարմինների ղեկավար պաշտոններում, իշխանության թևերի տարանջատման ու հավասարակշռության սկզբունքի փաստացի չգոյություն, նախկին քաղհասարակության սերտաճում իշխանության հետ, նոր քաղհասարակության հանդեպ հալածանքներ, բարձրագույն պետական պաշտոնյաների անպատժելիություն, դասախոսների հեռացումներ բուհերից, պատասխանատվության բացակայություն ընտրություններում ներկայացված քաղաքական ծրագիրը տապալելու համար․․․ շարքը կարելի է երկար շարունակել։
 
Հեղինակավոր պետության, բարեկամական ամերիկյան ժողովրդին ներկայացնող բարձրագույն պաշտոնյայի այսպիսի հայտարարությունները, որոնք հիմնված են ոչ թե սկզբունքների, կամ գոնե ազգային պետական շահերի, այլ զուտ քաղաքական շահերի վրա, քաջալերում են Հայաստանի գործող վարչախմբին՝ կոշտացնելու ռեպրեսիաները, մեծացնելու կոռուպցիայի, ընտրովի արդարադատության, մարդու իրավունքների և ազատությունների ոտնահարումների ծավալները։
